The room is a bit stuffy. The bathroom is not very clean, there are still traces of renovation.

for the first time I stayed at reddoors, I booked here I thought it was close to jatim park 3. turned out to be wrong. just entered the building already smelled damp. the room was damp, the air conditioner was leaking, even though he offered to move rooms, I put up a make up room sign, it turned out the room was not cleaned. I stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms booked where the rate at that time was almost 600k / room and no breakfast. it doesn't feel right for that price. from the staff I also saw a lot of playing games, not allowing coffee or tea at F0, because the place is not very visible. on the 2nd day I was given 2 bottles of mineral water. for hospitality is very lacking.

sorry yeah I booked a premium room but got dregs like an old guest house no different from the regular one especially with a price that is too high, the room does not match expectations, asked to move rooms but could not with the excuse of being fully booked even though there were many empty rooms, asked the receptionist for clarification between premium and regular rooms but they didn't know, the room looked damp and there were lots of water marks flowing on the ceiling and on the wall behind the bed which turned out to be a bathroom, the door was also too old, in the bathroom there was a hole leading to the roof and not closed, the TV remote was broken and not replaced, the parking area for two-wheeled vehicles was like in a dirty alley. maybe the owner can fix it up again for comfort

The hotel staff is not friendly. There is a problem with checking in, the handling is long and the guests are ignored.

Cleanliness is okay, prices are very affordable.

Kamar = nyaman dan bersih, ac dingin, lampu nyala terang, kasur empuk 👍. Kamar mandi = air lancar tp water heater nya nyala 30 menit sekali 😭.

Not worth it. The room was very dirty, the floor, walls, ceiling, furniture, bathroom, terrible. There are many prohibitions on this and that, but there is no self-introspection & improvement. Toiletries were not provided, and when we asked for them, they were given (strange, right?) the reception was not yet computerized, visitors were asked to sign on a piece of blurred photocopy paper containing a statement that they would be held responsible if they violated existing regulations (actually it's not a problem, as long as the quality of the room is satisfactory) . We were forced to stay here because we were in a hurry to attend an event so we didn't have time to look for other accommodation. Actually, with the prices here, plus just a little money, you can get a room in a 3 star hotel, the quality of which is far above the rooms here. Has RedDoorz never audited the properties it sells to ensure everything is up to standard?
