The part-time staff were inflexible and unfriendly. There was no elevator, the staff didn't bother carrying guests' luggage, and they were quick to charge extra for early or late check-in. I don't know what the owner is like, but they should review their staff's customer service.

Very close to the airport, the receptionists and security guards here are friendly. Because it's near the airport, sometimes there are early morning passengers moving around, which can be a bit noisy.

Vị trí gần trung tâm. Nhưng bị nắng trực tiếp chiếu vào, khung giờ 11h - 4h rưỡi rất nóng. Phòng không có mì tôm nên khuya lỡ có đói thì chịu.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, lúc nào cũng có mùi thơm thoang thoảng dễ chịu. Savio nằm ở hẻm 36 Hoàng Hoa Thám, xe máy xe hơi đều đi được, không bị dốc, dễ di chuyển. Xung quanh khách sạn cũng có chợ nhỏ tự phát dễ mua đồ. Nội thất khách sạn dùng gỗ, sàn gỗ, đi ấm chân. Nhà vệ sinh đơn giản, hiện đại, sạch sẽ và không có mùi. Phòng mình book có 1 ban công rộng rất xịn. Từ ban công có thể đón nắng sớm, có thể ngắm hoàng hôn. Tivi của khách sạn có thể kết nối Internet, Netflix, YouTube. Nhân viên khá dễ thương, kế bên phòng mình ở là bếp, nhưng để giữ riêng tư cho hai vợ chồng mình, mọi người đều rất lịch sự. Trên cả hài lòng và cảm ơn Savio Villa. Hẹn gặp lại ở lần gần nhất!
