Lovely and friendly staff especially Sandra and Isabella. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and location was fabulous just 10-15 minutes walk to the Arch of La Défense.

Modern rooms that are kept very clean, close to public transport and a bakery nearby. Overall a great experience

Good hotel with proximity to courveboie railway location, less than 5 minutes.

I like how it’s close to the shops and restaurants. What I didn’t like was the fact the garage you have to ask the receptionist to open the gate to leave and open to enter. Also, the room it self is nice, but it needs better cleaning… there’s a lot of dust in the lamps, fridge was dirty… lots of fingerprints on the cupboards. And the throw on the bed had lots of “suspicious spots” which made me a little disgusted. Overall, staff were great, location great.

Our family of 3 stayed twice at this hotel, because we enjoyed the amenities, staff, location, and value so much! With secure parking, a hearty breakfast, a fitness room, comfy beds, rooms with space to move about, and easy access to public transport, we highly recommend 37 Lodge. We walked to several local shops and restaurants and enjoyed this area of Paris very much.

Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Master lodge was a good size, comfortable beds and good bathroom.

Ok for the price

Very friendly staff, close to metro, comfortable rooms/ beds, great breakfast. Kitchenette was convenient for snacks. The only thought would be to improve the lighting to be a bit brighter by the second mirror area. Having laundry for longer stays would be nice. Great shopping nearby

Two single beds pushed together, kept separating during the night. No phone in room. Noisy. No iron in room. Sticky floors. Otherwise was fine. Shampoo was nice.

I recently stayed at 37 Lodge and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Temperature Control: The rooms are uncomfortably cold due to the thermostat being locked at a chilly 18 degrees Celsius. Despite asking the reception for assistance, I was informed that this was a cost-saving measure, which I find unacceptable. This lack of control over the room's temperature led to discomfort and even contributed to me catching a cold. Unfriendly Customer Service: Staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience. Their lack of hospitality only added to the disappointment of my stay. Neighborhood: The surrounding neighborhood of 37 Lodge is concerning. Noise Levels: Noise was a constant issue during my time at 37 Lodge, making it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest. Cleanliness Concerns: Upon arrival, I noticed several areas that were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing and detracted from the overall comfort of the accommodation.

All went well, even the breakfast was well organised. Overall very good

The reception people were very courteous and helpful, The location is 15 minutes from the center of Paris and the subway station is not that far. The room was always kept clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
