We were there when it was rather cold outside. The temperature in the room was perfect. The location of this boutique hotel was absolutely perfect since we were attending an opera. What we found most extraordinary was the absolute quiet of our room. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a quieter place and we slept amazingly well.

A quaint, comfortable place to stay right in the cultural centre of Vienna. The room was clean and tidy, with great bathroom facilities and warm.The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only ''complaint' was the noise from other residents which was loud and woke us up a few times. The floorboards above our room creaked and we could hear everything going on in the room next door.

Place was very clean and staff courteous and receptive at all times. Location is fantastic!!

The only reason I'm giving ok review is because the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and sweat which. Also.the people statujg above us kept making noise after 11pm they were running around . Other than everything is great.

Pension Suzanne is a wonderful place to stay in central city, Vienna, Austria. Perfectly located in the heart of Vienna, the rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and comfortable. The staff is superior, making every effort to help and make one comfortable.

Once one "north american" person gets over the first impression of an "european apartment" the place is very convenient and has many advantages. The location is right downtown, has a kitchenet where you can basically cook your own food if that's what you want. The place is clean, and the staff is vacuum and cleaning every day. Sometimes there is some noise from the internal court but nothing major.

This was a great location for walking to most places in Vienna.

Hotel encompasses selected rooms within an apartment building. Outstanding central location near Opera, Karlsplatz, ring road, and city center pedestrian shopping and dining zone. Interior decor is a bit dated, but good value for location.

While very unassuming from the outside, this hotel is a little gem right in the centre of all the activities. Very close to the opera, the metro and shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and they keep the rooms very clean. There are some stairs to navigate and the elevator is a bit slow and small, but loved the hotel.

One of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. Beautiful old Austrian decor. You could not ever find closer location to everything. Hop on hop off bus right out the door, abundant food mètres away and shopping steps away. Highly recommend

Pension Suzanne is an older hotel conveniently located near the Opera House, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Vienna like us. The decor offers a charming glimpse of Vienna’s past, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning was a welcome relief during the particularly warm days of our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, and while guest services aren’t available around the clock, I truly valued the warm, personal greetings we received each time we passed the reception. Considering the price, I found it excellent value and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Vienna.

This was a cute little property right by the Opera. It is somewhat of an odd setup and a little outdated, but it was cozy and served all of our needs. It was a great location. Would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel near square of shops and restaurants. The manager is very nice. Umbrellas available to loan for rainy days. Few steps away from a delicious cafe. Walking distance to a lot of sites.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The only downside to our room was a lack of spaces to put our luggage.
