I love the location ,car parking, price, and laundry setup

Great for the price!

Great hotel, very clean, everything you need is at the hotel and the mall is only a 5 min walk away

The room is quite small is you have 4 big luggages. But for a family of 4 with kids it is enough. The property is quite dirty. Microwave and ceiling are moldy. Table is dirty. There is an electric stove, but there is no pans, utensils, plates, and bowls etc. There is no reason to have an electric stove if you do not have pans. No electric kettle. The refrigerator and washing machine lint filter are also dirty. We bought disinfectant wipes just to clean the area we are going to use. They gave us 2 towels for 4 people. The only good about this property is the location - it is 6 mins walk to Rycom Mall and the price for the stay.

Good price and location, but the room itself was quite dirty...there were empty plastic bottles under the beds and some kind of sticky residue on the floor. We booked a room with two beds and both beds had brown stains on the white sheets.

宿泊施設は良かった　環境も静かで良かった ただ施設に到着するまでの道のりが分かりにくかった

仕事先に近く、必要最小限の設備と快適さはありましたので、不足や不満はありませんでした。浴室のバスマットを常備してくれると、ありがたいです。

歩いて行ける居酒屋さんを探せて楽しめました。部屋は小さめですが綺麗でした。

眠るだけ感はありますが綺麗でした。また利用したいと思います。

Limpio, muy amables

２泊3日、快適に過ごせました。イオンも近いので買い出しに困る事はないです。ただ飲みに行くとかは周りに店が少ないので困りました。

イオンモールライカム、プラザハウスショッピングモールから近い。バス停も複数ある。 部屋に洗濯機（乾燥付き）があって便利（粉洗剤の1回分をフロントで購入できる。）。お風呂とトイレは別。キッチンもある。マンションの一室のよう。

離來客夢步行8分鐘左右即可抵達，連住兩天去shopping非常便利。工作人員友善熱情。 整潔度普通，被子上有許多屑屑和髮絲，但寢具使用後皮膚也沒有明顯不適。

中部徳洲会病院に通うために連泊しました。徒歩圏内にライカムもあり、食事を取るにも買い物をするにも便利です。

ホテル前の道は結構狭いけど ライカムまで歩けなくはない距離 裏側にはロジャースもあり便利 浴室乾燥機も強力で、ガンガン洗濯してもすぐ乾く

接客は良かったのですが、部屋のカーテン、エアコンの汚れが気になった。部屋の価格が安いので仕方ないかもしれないです。

距離永旺夢樂城非常近，購物方便，但是房間清潔度有待提升。

受付スタッフの方もとても親切で室内も清潔感がありました。

とてもよかったです。

部屋は　新しくて良いのですが　しばらく使ってなかったのか　布団の上にいたるまで　ホコリが　多かったです。 それに　風呂場の浴槽に　毛が残ってました。 金額的にも　コスパが良いだけに　掃除が行き届いてないのは残念でした。 次も利用させて頂きます。
