I am an American who stayed at this property while visiting family stationed in Okinawa. The hotel is easily accessed, quiet, and the room was clean and as described. The front desk of this hotel is only staffed from 3 PM to Midnight. Staff do not speak much English, so have a translate app available to assist you if you do not speak Japanese. There are 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores a short walk from the hotel. I plan to stay here again when I return to visit family next year.

I stayed at a couple Kinjos and this one was great. Reception was open reliably and spacious. With the help of Google translate app communication was friendly and clear. They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! Plenty of towels, toothbrushes etc. I’d stay here again.

Very reasonable and quiet location. Highly recommend.

It could use better and bigger parking

The hotel was very nice and spacious! It had plenty of room for our family of three and we had a great stay. It is definitely a very Japanese hotel as in you must take off your shoes to enter the room and the shower you can wash standing or do it more traditionally sitting down. The room also comes with a washer/dryer combo, a kitchenette, and a desk. The internet connection there was okay for those who care. Overall, loved our one day stay there.

Good extended stay place. Didnt like the fact that parking was not free.

部屋の清潔感はあります。キッチンは付いていますが、道具、食器は無いので利用出来ない。 うるま市という立地なのに駐車場料金が高い。ウォシュレットが汚れていて使用出来ない。フロントの方は親切です。そばにコンビニがあります。

施設は新しく、洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり長期滞在には便利だった。食器、調理道具(洗剤含め)が別料金と知らなかったので調理はできなかった。部屋の位置のせいか、目の前の道路の車や緊急車両の音が直接耳に入る状態で初日は気になった。しかしゴミを毎日回収してくれて清潔を保て、洗濯も毎日でき、２人で充分な部屋の広さだったので過ごしやすかった。

ミスター金城は何度も利用させてもらってますがURUMA店は初めてでした。 スタッフ含め安定したサービスでとてもいいです。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥が付いていてランドリールームに行かなくていいのと部屋が広いので長期滞在の時は大変ありがたいです。

問合せをしようと待っていたが、10分程待ったがアナウンス無し。更に他の客に割り込まれたがその際の対応も無し。その後何事も無いような態度で接客してきました。 料金や設備に不満はありませんが、残念でした。

スタッフの対応が良かった。

部屋がカビ臭くて、お風呂場は常に排水溝の臭いがしている。 冷蔵庫の中に髪の毛が残っていて掃除しないと物が入れられなかった！ エアコンから変な音がしていた。

建物奥の駐車場が軽自動車専用でガラガラだったが、手前に停めている軽自動車が何台かいて、普通車が駐車できない状態だった。軽自動車はできるだけ専用の場所に促す等の対応をしてほしい。

エレベーターの匂いが気になりました

スタッフの対応や部屋はキレイでしたが駐車場が停めにくかったです。

Googleマップで住所を入力しても辿り着けなず、とても分かり辛い場所だった。パジャマがなかったので不便

掃除がイマイチでした。 スリッパは使い捨てを置いてほしい。

中部で泊まるならミスター金城が良いです！新しいから綺麗。出そうじゃないし怖くない(笑)お風呂とトイレは別で、洗濯機、キッチンもあり、近くにローソン、居酒屋もあって便利です。おススメです！
