Nice enough but a bit dated inside and reception was just a guard doing his best but it worked.

Our family stays were great 👍 . Location at BGC is very accessible to all business venue and very safe walkable. The admin is very coordinated and easy to communicate. We look forward to stay again next trip !

I liked that there was a McDonald's right across the street. A few blocks away, Starbucks and other nice shops within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely will stay again.

Many things to do close around the property.

Need to clean AC. Gave us morning sickness with uncleaned AC. No Hot/Cold water dispenser. Window broke and cannot be locked dining area.

BGC is a safe and clean area

All I can say is that I will surely gonna recommend this place to everyone. Super clean , spacious , and staffs were friendly and helpful. Parking is safe w/ affordable fee. Excellent place to stay! I’ll definitely come back. 😊

Very quiet, very clean, very friendly

Everything was fine except I kept getting kicked off the WiFi. Other than that it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was generally well. There were just small cockroaches and i tried to contact the agent to ask for Baygon but no reply. Otherwise the place was stocked well with necessities. The bed is advertised as a queen but is actually two twins. So there is a gap and protruding bumps in the middle.

Room was great and comfortable, checking in the number provided with my booking was not in service . So need to update that. Once checked in no cable provided as it is still under maintenance? Wifi worked great though. Please provide coffee for the rooms :)

This is a review for a one night stay because my flight got cancelled. The place is clean, roomy and staff were super friendly. And it is very close to Burgos Circle where there are upscaled restaurant, bars, grocery stores and even a Anytime fitness. What was suppose to be a burden became a blessing. Not having to deal with Manila traffic to go find dinner is a big deal. I got out to eat and had drinks at a bar down the street and walk right back. Great place!

We had a Pleasant stay once again at Avant Apartments At The Fort . The one thing I would recommend is to make sure you read your emails as they give you a representative that will assist you with your check in and stay. They are always very Accommodating and fast and Always Friendly . Thanks again for a wonderful stay .

Oddly decorated. Mismatched furniture and a definite feeling that it was “Meh. That’ll do”. Quite a few cockroaches.

clean ,good location and staff is so nice and very knowledgable. i really appreciate the help of aiza and joana in taking care of my needs. we stayed for almost a week and all is well. i will highly recommend this place. i also love the king bed that they have in my room!

excellent place to stay. The bed and the rooms are all clean and neat. we stayed there for almost 8days and i will surely comeback again . the staff Aiza and joana are very helpful in everything you ask and your concern are taking care off rt away. highly recommended !

+ Sheets and towels smell nice and fresh. - Lifts are kinda slow
