Very comfortable room, great staff and walking distance to all we wanted to see.

Excellent service

Excellent service and attitude of the staff

Upon arrival we were shown a room with a window opening onto a skinny atrium. We asked the manager for an upgrade and were given a Junior Suite with rooftop patio and city views. The upgrade was only 500 lira extra per night! The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast buffet had many choices and was open from 7am to 11am. There was lots of parking available. The manager gave us information about the area and the bazaar. Oh, and lots of hot water for showers! Personally I found the bed hard. Otherwise a great choice for the money!

Very nice place to stay, great staff, it was a great hotel, its in an alley so i wouldn’t be comfortable walking after dark as a tourist and if you are walking then the road or pathway is uneven and is difficult to roll suitcases but as a hotel i enjoyed my stay

The image for this property is not the actual hotel but the train station nearby. The hotel is on a tiny street up the road away from the train station. While the fact they have parking on site is good, the beds are very hard, and the hallways are very dark. People were coming and going all hours of the night and loud in the hallways, the walls are very thin. I would not stay at this hotel again.

İt was very nice and not very expensive, my husband said he really liked the breakfast. The second time we stayed we got a larger room which was better indeed. The only thing i want to note is , after taking a bath the bathroom floor is insanely slippery

We stayed in a total of 4 different hotels across Turkey during our recent trip. This hotel had the least friendly, helpful or accommodating staff. They was never a greeting upon your return or an acknowledgment of your presence. We had little help working with them when our airline was attempting to deliver our lost bags. When we attempted to order a drink from their bar, they had no mixers. My boyfriend had to go out & purchase them (with no price reduction of course)! There was a greater language barrier here than in other locations. The room & bathroom was tight like most hotels in Turkey. The breakfast was the most basic of our experiences. You can do better. Keep looking!

Ac can not be shut off or change the temperature. Room was freezing . Curtains can not be closed.

Great location, despite an initial worry driving through very narrow streets to get there. Lovely atmosphere old streets around the hotel, in the historic Hotel Street. The only hotel in the neighbourhood with a car park, thank goodness, otherwise parking could have been very difficult. No problem with availability when we were there. Friendly helpful staff. Efficient air conditioner. Well priced bar. Only complaint not enough storage in bedroom or bathroom, but then again it is in Turkey!

The staff was very helpful. Hotel is very old and the furniture is very dated. Needs complete renovation. Price very affordable.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is good for those on a budget. The first room we got was very dated. Frankly the furniture needs replacement years ago. The second room was much better. if you can spend a little more then I encourage you to do so. Again the staff was excellent!
