Plain box like building in a still being built area of more office like buildings and quite distance from city centre,rooms were what we needed,ceiling tiles downstairs had water marks But very helpful staff and breakfast was very good though evening was rich for me personally,though still very good as nothing is perfect

Excellent stay in Budapart

Hotel was ok. Limited menu in the restaurant, buffet breakfast was very good though. Housekeeping was somewhat negligent. We ran out of the shower body wash and asked for more at the desk. Two days later, still nothing. I had to find the housekeeping staff to get it along with toilet paper.

The reception staff is extremely helpful but the room service and cleaning staff is extremely poor. The breakfast choices and food is also limited, you have to get there by 10:00am else most of the items are finished. The location of the property for tourist is not ideal as this is a very quiet and away town centre area. The transport connections are good but the area is very deserted. The room service is only till 09:30pm and very limited choices. Overall it is was average.

After a stay in a rather dated hotel, this was a refreshing change and welcome difference. Friendly staff and nice breakfast, lovely clean modern room and very comfy bed. What more can you ask for

There were no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel, so it was inconvenient. The building was new and clean, and I was able to spend our time there comfortably.

Very nice place, good location. The only note that the bathroom had a bit of mold and needed scrubbing. Also the body lotion was either empty or broken bottle as nothing comes out. Other than that, no issues. Breakfast has great variety and is super tasty! Definitely will book again this place next time traveling.

It is a very good quality hotel and the room quality is very good. 9nly concern is tge location with building work happening next to it. Good bus connection but still around 20-25 min into the centre. Breakfast quality was good but the selection is not extensive. Vegetarian and vegan options are limited.

It is a really nice hotel with well equipped rooms and modern design. Beds and amenities in room were nice.Staff seemed nice too.I say this as someone working as a hotel receptionist.

It was comfortable for us to spend one night in this hotel. Unfortunately, minibar was empty, there wasn’t even a bottle of water. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean enough, toilet was visible dirty outside, also shower cabin corners were black and the floor with somebody’s hair. It was too late, so we just come to terms with the situation. For few days stay I would ask the host about cleaning.

The hotel looks quite new, it's in great condition, very stilish and the area is quiet. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit too firm
