The views , the clean hotel , smooth elevator , usage of brother hotel , convenience.

I am local to the DFW area, so I was staying at Loews for a birthday treat and to be close to Globe Life Stadium, for a concert. It was such a luxurious experience that I seriously considered skipping out on the concert, to enjoy some time poolside and a quiet night in the room. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Staff not friendly but beautiful hotel

It was one of the best places I have stayed. I loved it !

Everything was great. Only the connection between the parking garage and hotel was a mile long and a bit of an inconvenience when you have family.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment I entered this property I experienced top tier customer service! I was checked in by Taylor and she was extremely friendly and resourceful. Our room was clean. We didnt have a remote so we called down and our request was handled quickly. What really sealed the deal for me is, the follow up call just to confirm everything was okay! I absolutely WILL stay here again and have been raving about my stay since I left! Thank you for the amazing hospitality

I felt transported from the hustle and bustle of the city!! The pool was amazing with the waterfall. Sooooo relaxing!! I got a spa treatment and it was marvelous!! I will be back!!!!

Only complaint would be a magic eraser from cleaning service left right next to my tooth brush
