Overall, can stay here again.

Location is very strategic & many restaurants nearby, hotel is new and very clean but lift is very slow. Better choose lower floor

The room is very small. The location is good. The staff is so so.

The location is really strategic, easy to get everywhere, cleanliness is okay, but the downside is that I got a room with a leaking AC, dripping onto the bed.

the room is quite clean,,, but there is no closet,,,the facilities available in the room are hot water that works, tv is there but it doesn't work,,hairdryer ask the staff,,air conditioner is cold. The hotel elevator is very small and a bit scary if you go up alone because the elevator roof is open,,this is the first time seeing something like this...but overall it's safe...just scared to see it...for the location is close to sevel, market, and bus stop...

The room was very small and narrow, dirty, there was hair on the bed like it hadn't been cleaned yet. The bathroom had hair like a butt near the sink.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Penang city. Clean and new refurbish hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. But the room is quite small. No complaint. You get what you pay. ☺ Very near to eateries. Only cons: no parking provided.
