I feel the price per night is higher for what

It was better than expected. Such a nice place to stay with a gorgeous pool, 24/7 restaurant, excellent pool side service and a shuttle to the airport.

Todo muy limpio, empleados muy amables, el desayuno incluia en mi reservacion y me sorpredi que el restaurante da inicio desde las 2 de la madrugada !!! Me encanto por que yo tenia que salir a las 3 am y me fui muy bien desayunada. Lo recomiendo !!!

Terrible place to stay smells like mold feels more like a motel the door did not even lock! Do not stay here the people where polite but moves at their own pace.

The transportation shuttle is very helpful. Hotel is good to stay!

An average property, good place to spend one night, do not expect to have a window for fresh air on your basic one or two person room. Very clean but they need to control the use of Fabuloso, because of the strong fumes smell. The staff will make you feel welcome. The Restaurant for sure overpriced. If you need a ride to the airport or to the property, I will suggest to use Uber and not the $10 dollar rides per person provide by the property. Uber will charge you probably $4.00 for ride max.

I had made a reservation for this stay through Expedia. I had to cancel my travel and contacted Expedia for a refund, Expedia contacted this hotel and the hotel refused to refund the payment for the cancellation.

It’s a very clean place to stay at. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The food is slightly expensive. Overall, I recommend!!

The staff was excellent, very welcoming but my favorite part was the pool. Perfect water temperature, clean and deep enough. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next vacations.

The only thing that smells was the bathroom, it looks like they did not clean the toilet.

The place was really nice, very clean. Very convenient to the airport. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was really good. However, they use so much liquid Fabuloso desinfectant to clean the floors that it was impossible to stay inside the room. We thought the strong smell was going to be away soon, open the door & window for a while but the hall also has the same problem and we were having trouble breathing and I was already having a headache. It was really hard to breathe. We had to talk to the front desk and they moved us to another room right away. This other room also smell like the first one but less. We had no choice other that staying in this hotel. In the morning, I went to the pool area and spoke to another tenant and asked about the smell and he told me that his room had the same strong smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of healthy issues. They must stop using this chemical.
