Great service, very clean. Property well kept

Friendly and helpful staff--especially in the restaurant. Our rooms were cleaned very well every day.

Nicely maintained tourist class hotel. Breakfast and airport pickup/dropoff included.

I made a reservation for my son via Expedia and paid for the room up front. When he arrived, he was charged the equivalent of a one night stay by the check in clerk. When he asked for an explanation he was told that it was the tourist tax and a compensation to cover for what the hotel has to pay Expedia to be listed on their site…

The hotel room was comfortable; however, not clean. The transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Upon departure, the front desk aggressively tried to charge for the room in spite of it having been already paid in full through Hotels.com. I had to push back not to be charge double for the room. That was unacceptable.

Quiet area, friendly staff

The vibe of the property was nice. Many Peruvian seems to stay there. Walking distance to Yarina. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Gym could use an improvement. The room had many bugs especially ants but we were used to it since we live in the jungle. Nothing major but wouldn’t mind staying here again

This is a nice property. A bit off the beaten path, but easy to get around from there. The moto taxis that hang around outside the hotel are very expensive. I recommend walking down the street and getting one that doesn’t work with the hotel.

Nothing it was terrible and the location was even worse. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever.

VERY friendly service. Rooms are a bit small but WiFi is strong when it’s working and there is good hot water and water pressure. Advice to management: music from the pool can be loud and should be turned off at 9pm.

Pucallpa is not a large tourist city so the hotel is not elaborate. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We were happy with our 5 day stay.

I cannot recall one moment of this stay that was not exemplary. The hotel provides everything you could hope for in one of the gateway cities into the Amazon. All at a very fair value. Restaurant great. Breakfast included great. Pool great. AC great. Fellow guests, great. Bar... Pool table. Comfortable bed. And AFTER a few weeks in the jungle a very comfortable place to return. This is a comfortable and friendly hotel. Staff are helpful. There’s a good mix of guests. Fairly quiet at the moment.
