Amazing pool Some nice places to eat out front. Just too far away from the beach for me.Because I love the ocean

Great location

We spent several days here for our honeymoon in early April. Staff members were friendly and seemed to take initiative to help if we had “that look” that tourists have when they don’t know what’s going on—haha! We LOVED being at the RG, the rooftop pool, bar and lounge area. We spent a few evenings there playing card games and enjoying some drinks by the pool. The property is in Nuevo Vallarta, which is a short drive away from PV, and also means this area is quiet and more secluded than Puerto Vallarta. We were able to catch the public bus and ride to PV for just a few pesos, and this was safe so no worries there. We would say that the distance between the hotel and PV made things less convenient, but since we were on vacation, that wasn’t an insurmountable problem. Overall, this was a beautiful property with great staff and we would consider staying there again on a future visit.

Overall pleasant. Had a room that wasnt cooling, they switched us at our request at 10pm. Very nice ambiance - being adults only.. the rooftop pools and hot tubs are great!

Great hotel, excellent value

The place was nice and quiet. I would definitely go back.

Where to begin. We stayed 10 days. Beautiful property. Clean and quiet despite the construction nearby. Food menu wasn’t massive but the food was delicious, good portions and priced well. The staff are amazing. Andreas and Jugo to name just a couple. Andreas you made our stay and went above and beyond. The front desk staff were also helpful and kind. Room was adequate and comfortable, perhaps some more hooks or a dresser would be helpful for longer stays. Transit was right out front and the bus system was easy to learn to sight see and go places like the Malecon etc if I didn’t want to uber. The pool was clean and lovely. A break from the music now and then would be nice for reading or just relaxing. Lots of lounges around and the hot tub was perfect. Hospital and pharmacy close. Everything you could need. This is a gem of a hotel that is well priced and we will definitely be back.

The staff was very nice! We were greeted by Andres and Hugo every morning for breakfast. They made sure we had everything we needed and had a fun time. They gave good recommendations for attractions and sight seeing. The food was great and perfectly portioned and priced for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Each floor had its own ice and water machine to fill your water bottle. The pools were very clean and we spent many days lounging for hours. Big drinks that were cheap. Quick walk to the beach through a public entrance. Can uber everywhere for cheap. 30 minutes to anywhere you need to go.

A little noisy

Beautiful roof top pool and restaurant area. Very friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing service, especially Victor. Beautiful property

Absolutely loved the rooftop pools. The bar and restaurant being right there made it super convenient to have lazy days by the various pools. The staff were incredible and always so friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, or it's easy to grab an uber. We learned later how the local bus system worked and definitely would have saved us some walking, but the weather was beautiful. The local beach access is a short walk down the road and was lovely walking. Unfortunately there was construction happening right next door, but we rarely heard anything and it wasn't disrupting our stay. One night we woke around 3 am with noise above us that couldn't be explained, but it only happened the once. Andres, Angel, Hugo and Karla were a great time and always had smiles. Not having kids running around and making noise was another excellent perk for us.

Great service

Everyone of the staff was good and helpful, BUT one of the night guys at front desk, we didn't have the 4 towels for the 4 people in the room I asked him for the other two, he totally ignored. The restaurant food wasn't good, the servers need more training.

Very nice new property. Only issue is you can hear everything/everyone in the halls while you are in your room. You hear the flushing of toilets and running showers from other rooms.
