We were 3 adults and the space was 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Everything was so clean & looked brand new. We loved it & the walkable location. Only suggestion is to please provide coffee.

We recently stayed at this stay and had a mixed experience. Parking: There are plenty of public parking options nearby, so I recommend not booking parking through the company. It’s slightly more expensive and inflexible—you can’t make changes once it’s booked. Customer Service: Communication was disappointing. We had an issue with the toilet flushing right from the beginning, but didn’t receive a response until after we had already checked out. In case of urgent matters, don’t expect quick replies. Overall: The location was convenient and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, if you’re used to hotel-level service and immediate support, this might not be the best fit.

Great place, close to the main areas of old Quebec.

Great location in the old Quebec , next to the restaurants & historical places . The property is excellent !! 5 stars . Only issue was need better communication I’m order to get access to the property

Amazing property. Clean, convenient to old Quebec. The bed was noisy but it was the only downside.

Pros: - Very clean - Spacious - Decent location - Generally very well-equipped kitchen - Bed & bedding's comfort is okay Cons: - Soundproofing is average; hearing a certain amount of clunks and thumps from surrounding units - More importantly, the 2 bedrooms only have curtains as doors, meaning you can hear everything going on anywhere in the loft almost as if you were in the same room - including any snoring or intimate activity going on in the other bedroom across the hallway... I can't understand how this was thought to be a good idea... - The 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo doesn't have any conditioning power; would've much preferred 2 separate bottles. - The soap bars last about 1.5 shower each, which isn't a bad thing in itself; however, since you get only 2 of these for the duration of your stay, that means a couple gets at most 2 days worth of soap... Too bad if you're staying for 3-4 days or more! - Finally, please invest $2/loft to buy a couple of regular-sized ice trays at Dollarama to replace the ridiculously tiny single ice tray provided.

Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around.

Beautiful place. Large and spacious. Very close to petite Champlain the waterfront and a nice walk to the Frontenac.

There were no instructions for the heating system that could not be controlled. It was set to 68 degrees which was a bit cold for freezing temps outside because the two heaters in the living room gave off no heat at all. Place is nicely set up and clean. A few more amenities would have given it a boost, like some coffee.

Great rooms, easy communication even though there is no staff present. Very clean too!

Really nice apartment, unfortunately the heat in the living room and kitchen was not working but we managed. I will stay here again.

Good location and functional. Very sparsely furnished, be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Walls are paper thin so be careful what you say or do. Parking for $18 per day is a five minute walk away. While it adequatly met our needs I would seek out another place to stay next time.
