Felt secure and safe. The ice machine was not working, which was an inconvenience. Also, I suggest putting a telephone in the room so someone doesn’t have to get out of their room go to the front desk to ask for stuff definitely more dining options and the parking in the back that’s a dollar should be a little bit more secure on the weekends very spooky Looked unsafe. I had to pay two dollars an hour so I was near the hotel and felt safer.

Everythign was perfect

The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The entire place was dirty. None of the vending machines worked. Only stay because I got there at 1:30am and there was no availability anywhere else due to the power outage.

There was no room available for my reservation

Convenient because on hospital grounds, but no good dining areas only fast food

The toilet and Coffe maker weren’t working

The staff and service was very good. Location was not the greatest kind of hidden out of the way and attached to the hospital was a little interesting

Hotel literally inside hospital, area around its not good unless you have a caer

It was hard to find. It was clean, but needs some repairs. The bathroom door does not close. Maybe some people like the room like the north pole, but for me it was soooo cold. I turned off the ac, and it was still cold in the morning.

El hotel está ubicado en el cuarto piso del Hospital Cardiovascular. Hay dos estacionamientos privados cercanos al hospital. La Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Camas cómodas y con buenas almohadas. El baño limpio, estilo hospital.El personal de servicio al cliente fueron super amables . Me brindaron un excelente servicio. Necesitaba mayor iluminación en la habitación e inmediatamente me ayudaron y resolvieron mi necesidad. El joven que tiene la traqueostomía (muy respetuoso y amable), me llevó la lámpara a la habitación y la linstaló para yo poder trabajar. Muy buena experiencia en el hotel Ficus. .

This place is literally inside of a hospital. Kinda misleading from the ad. No food or other activities are anywhere near by either. Be warned.

Se fue la luz a las 7 de la mañana, tienen energia en los pasillos y elevador mas no en los cuardo, los empleados muy amables

Great place if you require facilities with accessibility. The staff was very attentive and with all our special needs.
