Very clean… with an EXCELLENT Cafe

Parking was difficult to find and was a fee over and above the room fees. There was no fridge in the room. The room was clean and very functional.

Great location with lots of places within walking distance for morning coffee or dinner out.

We have set the AC at 21.5C and the AC keep turning on and off because it is automation. I do find the room sometimes too warm before it reset the temperature, and the noise of the AC is a bit loud

Mountain View was good. Had a clear sunny day.

Room is in great condition, everything is very convenient and there are plenty of restaurants and ammenities around University District. Underground parking is available underground for $20/day. There is free street parking but limited to ~2hours. Since the hotel is located by the university the area is busy and it can be challenging to find street parking. Staff are lovely.
