We were very impressed with customer service. When we arrived, the room had been double booked. We opened the door to our room and someone else's stuff was there. We contacted the host and he came running to the property to solve the problem. He apologized inmensely about the error and put us up in one of their beautiful apartments instead. We were upset the mistake happened, but also understood that mistakes can happen. We were very impressed on how this was handled and with the end result. We had a wonderful stay in a nice, ample, fully stocked apartment.

So quiet and just in front of the Post Office to send our luggage’s to the next city.

It was very clean, organized and simple to access the only downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning. But maybe it was our mistake because we didn’t review it when we booked it. I would recommend it because it was easy to access easy to exit. I’m very clean.

Safe and clean place to stay.

We had originally booked this place and the owner came and met us to say the heating wasn’t working. He immediately moved us to another hotel down the street to ensure that we had a safe and comfortable stay. We felt taken care of and he provided some options for breakfast and how to begin the Camino the next day.

Room was warm and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Communal area with dining table and microwave could be improved, as the are no utensils, cutlery, plates or cups. Therefore, it renders the microwave, and the tea and coffee provided totally unusable.

Location was great for us, quiet and plenty of eating options and supermarkets around.

Directions to the hotel were a little cagey. They don’t explain that you need to go their cafe to check in and the Satnav takes you to sind 300m Away from the hotel. Once there it was a good room.

A great start to our Camino! Nice, clean, cool air, & private bath — very accessible!

Struttura molto pulita, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Sala comune fornita di bollitore, microonde, te, caffè. Colazione a buffet servita in un bar a 1 isolato. Sul sito hanno lo shop per il cammino di Santiago a prezzi interessanti Ragazzo alla reception gentile e preparato. Struttura raccomandata.

Faltou um frigobar, os demais serviços e instalação estão ok.
