Je suis déçue par le manque d honnêteté du personnel à notre arrivée le soir 33€ de parking normalement sécurisé et fermé alors que la porte est endommagée et ne ferme pas , c est malhonnête, sachant que le personnel nous répond (mensonge) qu ils ont laissé ouvert pour les arrivées alors que c est faux car la porte ne ferme plus .

There’s no stay because after a car incident I could not reach the hotel. As I come every week. I asked the hotel if I could report my stay to the the next week. They said « yes but you have just to do the demand on your app » what I fid. And, guess what: the written response was no…. Very noisy

The property advertises the provision of housekeeping which they claim is available on request. However, my request for this service was denied. On the checkout day, there was a lot of extremely embarrassing drama. My daughter who had travelled with me, was unwell and had been sick in the bathroom when we were due to leave at 12.00. The male receptionist came and was trying to force his way into our room. I don’t know what he hoped to achieve by so doing. I asked him to give us a little more time to leave and he was insistent that we only had 10 minutes. I requested 20 minutes and he just stayed there arguing with me and kept insisting on entering the room, despite my informing him that I was not fully dressed and my daughter was in the bathroom. He came back a little while later with another male and all hell broke loose. They created commotion and pandemonium, threatening to call the police on us. We were not allowed to leave our luggage behind contrary to their claim to that effect. They were so disrespectful and treated my daughter and I as if we were common criminals, just because we chose to stay with them. I informed them that we had never experienced such dehumanising and unprofessional treatment before and they were boasting that that’s how they treat their guests. I had heard a similar commotion the previous day so that must be their stock in trade. They made an unauthorised charge of €40 to my card. Such unbelievable thuggery! Stay away from them!!

Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

Excellent hotel but please install a sink in the toilet to wash hands after using the toilet. Also, conceal the shower doors so the shower water doesn’t seep through the door. Thanks!

We were four, stayed there for one night. We liked the room and would definitely recommend it.

Was outside of main Paris district which we knew when booking but there was very little around the hotel as it seems to be a new development, mostly a building site building new apartments. Staff were OK but one of the Lifts wasn't working. Would stay closer to Central Paris next time.

This property did not look like the pictures. We received the wrong room the original room we picked there was none available. Sink was clogged up for our entire stay.

Elevator not working from parking, have to carry heavyweights luggages via the stairs.

Stay away. Hotel provides no small bath towels for cleaning yourself in the shower, only big towels, no lotions provided, no tissues provided. If you stay 10 days, no room service for 5 days so they clean your room only every five days, so you get no coffee items renewed for 5 days once used. Rooms smaller than they look in photos, clothes racks by your bed (no closets), desk tiny so working in bedroom on your laptop a hassle due to desk being very narrow. If you ask for room cleaning before five days, they charge you something like 13-16 euros for each day you ask for cleaning. Sheets on bed not well fitted, so they roll down on the headboard side, causing you to sleep on mattress plastic covering. The worst hotel experience of my life. Only positive is availability of underground parking if you have a car, but you pay for it, of course. Only one tiny night stand. Glass shower door very flimsy and fragile unstable, some rooms don't even have shower doors, so your bathroom gets wet. Current constructions going on in back of hotel, so can be noisy if you open window. It is however quiet if you keep window closed.

It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice.

Initially provided a room that someone was already in. Did not leave me feeling safe. Newer property. lights do not go on until you are in the hallway.
