Shocking I had the check out as the room was so loud

Rooms were just right for our party, very disappointed with the service in the morning for breakfast as not much food to eat or choose from. Breakfast not good for value that day.

One night stopover to the riviera . Great location , easy to get to from motorway , clean and comfortable .

No one in hotel, we had no code and several other customers walked away unable to get Later car park was full of children/teenagers waiting for accommodation. Reception area full of clutter. Bad hotel

Okay for overnight stay after voming off the Eurotunnel, comfortable bed but small rooms . Breakfast very good .

Good solution if you have to take the Eurotunnel

Great as a stopover

I could not stay as the room code did not work and would therefore like a refund

We stayed for only one night and we thought the staff & amenities were excellent and good value for money

All fine except difficulty with checking in

Didn’t like anything about the property. Rat poison boxes are all over dead rat on path to hotel never stay again

Good place to sleep before getting the Le Shuttle home from France. Self check in seemed easy with our first room but the second room was considerably more difficult and the machine was temperamental and it took 6 tries to eventually get it sorted. Tried the phone number on the wall that was given in case of any issues and it would not work. (not the best with a child tired after a 12 hour drive. But beside that it was fine and convinient.

Friendly welcome. Good value. Variety of restaurants in walking distance

Easy parking. Local police park outside and makes it feel safer. Comfortable rooms.

We arrived at 10pm and the reception was closed. We struggled to use the key code to get in the door and the check in machine kept freezing. We left early for the train. Due to our short stay we didn’t use any of the available services. Room was small but comfortable.

Easy acces to LeShuttle. Rooms are very basic but decent enough for the price.

Comfortable if small bedroom but great value. OK for an overnight stay. Close to Eurotunnel & Cite Europe shopping. Lots of parking space
