This place has a great potential to become a grand place to stay. I felt secure even though they were under construction remodeling. The room was great, maybe add a microwave so we can warm up leftovers from their great tasting restaurant. The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. I 😍 my pinacolada!

Excellent service

The property is beautiful, but not ready for business. Unfinished construction. The staff was courteous cheerful, but did not seem to know what they had available. We were assigned an unfinished room, with only a TV and a small refrigerator, and the closet did not have any hanging rods or hardware. Had to come back to the front desk, which is not yet in the lobby (it's in their restaurant), where they assigned us a new room. There is no elevator, had to carry our baggage to the second floor, and the stairs to our room had no handrails.

Llegue a las 3am de mi viaje el guardia de seguridad fue muy amable y muy atento todo fue muy rapido gracias por eso!! Todo muy limpio y organizado las camas estaban muy comodas!! En fin todo muy bueno! Gracias!

It was amazing. The staff was absolutely fabulous! The food was some of the best I’ve ever had! Bar was well stocked. Everyone was nice and friendly.

The room was hugh. You could have easily fit another king size bed.The only drawback, I requested a handicap room. When we arrived at the hote we had been assigned a room on the second floor and they did not have an elevator. A serious disconnect between the Hotels.com's app and the Hotel. Fortunately, Douglas, the hotel owner was gracious enough to take care of the situation by having a couple on the first floor switch rooms with us.

The room and bathroom was clean. Since we were 4, it would have been more confortable 2 extra chairs and probably a small high closing table to put our clothes on while bathing or more hooks. The pool seemed clean, but it was like too public. A little privacy would have been better. Though, we did have a good comfortable rest and stay. Lily

Nos encanta hospedarnos en Douglas Highway. Todo el staff te tratan con excelencia y dedicación. Los cuartos super espaciosos y super cómodo para nuestra familia compuesta de 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes. No hay ni que salir del hotel porque en el restaurante del hotel cocinan riquisimo y los precios super módicos. Definitivamente que seguiremos volviendo.
