The hotel location was right at the beach, I had a room with a sea view terrace and it was perfect. The cleaning team turned my room every day and even left me a very nice birthday treat and message which was really nice to find when I returned to my room. The views from the rooftop pool and bar are fantastic too. The breakfast choice was great and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'd definite recommend staying here, and would do so again if I return to Benidorm. Thank you to all the team at this hotel!

Wonderfully welcoming staff and extremely helpful when required. Perfect position for old town, the beach and a short walk to new town if that’s what you like. Made my Birthday by surprising me with a gift in my room.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Barceló Benidorm Beach. Rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally large, incredibly comfortable, and spotless, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day, and everything was kept immaculate throughout our stay. The sea view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, and waking up to the sound and view of the Mediterranean each morning was unforgettable. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and everything Benidorm has to offer. Both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality food. There was something for everyone, and every meal was delicious. We also loved the ground-floor terrace, which stayed open until late and had a fantastic atmosphere. It offered a great selection of drinks, cocktails, and delicious food, making it the perfect place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beachfront setting. The rooftop pool and terrace were another highlight, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The live music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable

Hotel was stunning, slightly let down by room maintenance when had an issue with the room. Otherwise lovely place to stay.

Rooms ok , we upgraded to sea view which was lovely. Staff little bit and miss, maybe it’s just a few crossed lines. We asked at reception did they serve food on the roof top terrace and was told twice yes they do, only to be told at the rooftop no they don’t. We asked for an iron, 4 times to be told they’re asked housekeeping and it was on its way, never arrived , creased shirt just got worn! It’s Benidorm so who cares…. But everything else was fine and not an issue.

First visit to the Barcelo Benidorm Beach and we loved it! Excellent location to everything, food was very good! The room was good - we didn’t realise the room we booked didn’t have a balcony and this was a missing for us. The room was clean but the floor did sometimes feel sandy! Would definitely recommend and would go back.

I didnt use the pool. I thought it looked smaller than the advertised but its okay as the sea right out front was blissful :) Great location though what i thought was the posher end with the old town close by for great restaurants

Awsome employees,very clean and nice hotel room ,super nice breakfast,location was super super good! Only issue was the elemantry school was east side of the hotel,very noisey during school hrs.

Everything was fab from the minute we arrive to the minute we left. Staff very professional and friendly. Food choice - good and well presented. Great roof top bar / pool. Rooms were nice although the drains had a little wiff! Already looking at prices for next year, something ive not done before!
