Great stay, very clean.

Really a very nice property. Small things like no real lobby - had to look for the elevator coming in, only 1 coffee packet each morning, no small frig. Pool area, after asking, was on the roof and was beautiful. The staff wasn’t the most informative on anything. Overall it was very comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and very competent. Above all, their friendliness was very engaging.

New and modern right in the heart of th Zona Dorada. Room was great and quiet despite being in a noisy area.

The only issue I had at this hotel was with the front desk clerks. Whenever I asked for directions or information, such as the location of an ATM, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It wasn’t just one clerk, but multiple. However, the rest of the hotel staff was great.

Everything ok except for the room wasn’t properly cleaned

The hotel is located inside a shopping center with several stores and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet and well located.

I give them a gold star

This hotel in more for business than pleasure.
