The room was better than my expectations. It’s like a small apartment with 1 and a half bathrooms. Has a fridge and microwave . Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a small pool there. Free water filling stations on every floor. Close to the bus stop and various shops . Walking distance from the beach and Malacon. Can’t flush toilet paper. Sometimes got noisy at night .

Location of the hotel was great ! Close to the beach, restaurants small walk to town center , loved the decorations of the hotel with plants EVERYWHERE What I didn’t like was the smell of the room, as soon as you open the door it hits you , maybe sewage or just bad humidity. We sprayed the rooms and disinfected the room but it did not work. Only the bedroom had AC so area with fridge and sitting table had no AC. Also cleanliness of the room was poor Recommend for short stay or if you’re out all day and need a place to lay your head.

This was my second time staying there. Had the same room/studio as before. A great deal for the price. The staff has always been kind, helpful, and courteous. If there are any negatives it's the street noise. However, that may not be an issue if you have an interior room.

I had a great time. The place and stay was amazing. Staffs are great and friendly, especially Mr. Ivan. It's also clean and worth the price, my room was spacious, it has a different bedroom and living room with small kitchen. So convenient! Loved also my breakfast. And I enjoyed the pool.

The property was very clean, charming great staff

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta. From the moment I checked in, the property was plagued by unclean conditions, broken amenities, and unresponsive staff. Housekeeping never properly cleaned the room, and I had to personally retrieve clean sheets from the front desk multiple times. Toilets clogged, the hot water was unreliable, the air conditioning barely worked, and the refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold. Even the in-room safe was broken on arrival and wasn’t replaced until days later. Despite raising these issues repeatedly with staff, nothing was resolved. I ultimately checked out a day early because I could no longer tolerate the conditions. I expected basic hospitality and cleanliness, but this hotel failed across the board. I’ve requested a full refund and urge others to avoid this property entirely.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Close to great restaurants and bars. The room was super clean.

I loved my ten night stay, everyone was so friendly and kind. The hotel is so clean. I enjoyed the pool. Hotel is located in the heart of it all. Quick walk to the beach, fantastic restaurants everywhere. I am looking forward to returning.

I booked last minute when plans changed, hotel looked decent enough on line. When I arrived tired and cranky I opened the door to a living room, full kitchen, small washroom. Realized close door held a nice bedroom, king size bed, large bathroom and lots of drawer and closet space. Would definitely stay there again on any future trips.

Very spacious for the price, clean and easy to.get to everything.

Staff very friendly but very noisy we can’t sleep any of the 4 days that we stay

If you're just looking for a place to rest your head & then head out, this is the spot for you. If you need all the amenities, you will be disappointed. We were very happy with our stay as our intention was to be located in walking distance to all the things, which this was definitely perfect for.

The uniqueness is they raise roaches. I only met Berto who is super friendly and helful. I dont understand why they reciieved 5 star reviews.

The room smelled pretty bad.

Very clean and friendly staff. No refrigerator, and not a recommended hotel if you have small children. Very relaxing and very cold AC. The roof top pool if very relaxing.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming :) Good value for the price. My biggest critique is that the water pressure in the shower was not consistent and it took 10-15 mins for the water to get hot. It is the perfect place if you need a kitchen and a place to stay that is not above a noisey bar.
