What a horrible experience!!! The director was terribly unhelpful. I contacted the hotel to ask to change my dates as l was unwell and couldn’t travel they refused to help me. I also contacted hotels.com in America and they rang the hotel to ask for a date change too and they were refused. My single room was like a broom cupboard and honestly should be a store room for the cleaning ladies as it was so small old and outdated. The floor was dirty there were cigarette butts and rubbish under the bed. The phone was broken. The rubbish bin was disgusting - see photo. No fridge or mini bar. The wardrobe was from the 50’s and the shower and hand basin were terrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The director offered me a free drink WOW even that was bad an old flat bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast was terrible the eggs inedible no fresh bread. And l was charged €10 for my dog. A disgrace and l will never return.

Overall a great property. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was above expectations. The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem.

This could be a great hotel with a spa and gym, in a perfect position, good choice at breakfast and lovely staff. But it has not been maintained. While we were there, the spa was closed because the roof had fallen in, the lift broke down and was still out of action on the day we left, the door to the gym would not close, there weren’t enough sockets for the gym equipment and some did not even have electrical leads.

This is an older property. The staff, one person, was very helpful. The rooms are small but have what you need. We went in December so the town was very quiet during the week and busy on the weekend.

Lovely staff who helped us out with a late check out after a late wedding the night before. Quite a standard hotel. A good 3 star hotel is probably right. Not a 4 star. Plesant hotel, great location next to the beach etc and very helpful staff. B'fast buffet could be better.

Very comfortable, welcoming hotel, well positioned close to the sea front and the amenities of the town. Breakfast was decent and overall the hotel was excellent value. We really liked Alassio, a very traditional Italian seaside resort with a splendid sandy beach and good places to eat in the evening. Beautiful and historic Albenga is also a short train ride away.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst touring Italy & found it a perfect place to stay in Alassio. Rooms were of adequate size & bathroom was quite large with plenty of storage, but the bed was the most comfortable I'd slept in. Balcony was on the small side with the air conditioning unit taking up a lot of space, but that did not concern me too much. There was no specific beach spot but reception booked a bed & parasol with a nearby bagni, which was not too expensive. Plenty of choice at breakfast although toaster didn't work too well & fruit was not very soft, but these were minor complaints.

Breakfast was 7.30-11 got there for 10.30 and everything was packed away on both days and staff weren’t too impressed we were there at 10.30??

Wanted a cheap hotel near the coast and found this hotel for a reasonable price. Reasonably happy with the stay. The friendlyness of the checkin staff was excellent, and I got help parking on their free spaces etc. The room itself would get five stars from me. It was small, but that was expected from the price, bud impeccably clean and everything I used worked perfectly including a reasonably quiet air-con unit. It can be noted that the hotel is quite close to the beachfront area which is good daytime, but one of the nights I was kept up quite late but drumming and music from the bars nearby. The breakfast was pretty meager for my tastes - too much pastries and too little "real breakfast", but that might be a local thing - different countries have different preferences. One thing that really concerns me is security, as their processes basically means that passports, car keys and room keys are quite accessible for walk-in guests in a way that is non-acceptable. I would strongly urge the hotel to improve radically in this area!

Had a great time in Alassio, its a lovely town, clean and with a great long sandy beach and is a smart upmarket Italian resort. The hotel is perfectly situated just tucked one block from the beach and the pedestrianized shopping street, it was quiet and as we had an upper room had views across the rooftops to the sea. The hotel staff were excellent very friendly and spoke English, we used the hotel bikes to go along the coast both days, they looked after our bags on the last day and were very accommodating in general. Breakfast was varied and lovely it set you up for the day. We used the train form France and the station is only a 10 minute walk away or short taxi ride. They have a lovely new wellness centre at the hotel with jacuzzi, steam, sauna etc although you pay extra for this. All in all a great break and we would stay here again.

Due passi dal mare e ottimo prezzo.

Pessima pulizia piatto doccia pieno di capelli e peli carta attaccata nelle pareti abbiamo chiesto una seconda pulizia perché ovviamente noi lavarsi con i capelli e i peli d’altri anche no ma nn è cambiato molto perché i pezzi di carta attaccati nel muro li hanno lasciati hanno solo dato una passata al piatto doccia. Poi la stanza aveva i muri sporchi, tende sporche buchi nelle pareti letto macchiato di caffè materassi scomodissimi il letto matrimoniale erano due materassi singoli quindi quando dormivi si separavano. Gli asciugamani li abbiamo fatti cambiare dopo due giorni ma erano abbastanza scocciati perché loro nn li cambiano ogni giorno ma dopo il terzo giorno . Pareti sottilissime e sentivi tutti i rumori se dovevi riposare non si poteva perché c’era baccano. Pessimo albergo mai più sconsiglio a tutti specialmente se siete abituati a vivere nel pulito

Ho passato un fine settimana molto rilassante e tranquillao. Tutto il staff da Allegroitalia Alassio Rosa sono molto gentile e rispettose. Hotels si trova a 10 m distanza della spiaggia e anche vicino a stazione ferroviaria. Ritornero molto volentieri..Complimenti al tutto staff.

Decisamente un 3 stelle con qualche ambizione in più
