It was ok. The staff was ok. It is overpriced!

The hotel is a perfect balance of charming and functional. Classic, boutique hotel feel, with no compromise on functionality at all - everything worked perfectly. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, wonderful and fairly priced wine selection and good quality food and espresso too.

The staff were very nice. The hotel was renovated recently and it is very nice. The breakfast was extremely good and it is very convenient next to the outlet

Amazing hospitality, the place is run by such a welcoming and warm family, I have never had such great service ever. You really feel their care for their guests and passion, and the place is done up so clean as well. Thank you very much for a great stay.

This Beautiful boutique hotel is just half a minute drive to Serravalle design outlet. It has a MacDonalds right opposite as wel. The room was clean and so aesthetically decorated! The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful spread! We also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant within the hotel. It was very good! We had a really enjoyable time. The hotel is highly recommended! Will come again !

Wir buchten sehr kurzfristig in erster Linie aufgrund der Lage ( Nähe zum Outlet)und dem angenehmen Preis ….. und erwarteten ehrlich gesagt nicht viel. Um so entzückter waren wir, als uns ein extrem höfliches Personal empfing, welches stets bemüht war,all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen …. selbst bei sprachlichen Hindernissen. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Preis, gut isolierte Fenster sorgten, trotz direkter Strassenanbindung, für ruhigen Schlaf .Da störte es auch nicht weiter, dass wir direkt auf den gegenüberliegenden Mc Donalds schauten… Bad modern und schön gestaltet, Bilder im Zimmer standen zum Verkauf, waren aber eher weniger unser Geschmack. Highlight war aber eindeutig das Frühstück : Grosse Auswahl und nachhaltig in Glas und Holz am Tisch serviert, gab es viel Regionales …. Auch das Abendessen überzeugte mit Kreativität und schmackhaften Menüs, die den etwas höheren Preis wert waren ! Es war gerade Trüffelsaison !!!! Ein unschlagbares Preis - Leistungsverhältnis !!!!

The perfect Hotel for visiting Serravalle Outlet. Large clean and Fresh rooms. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. We will come back next time!

7ème ou 8ème séjour dans cet hôtel et c’est toujours aussi parfait : l’accueil, le cadre, la situation en face de l’outlet, le confort, la propreté des lieux et la décoration soignée ! Le restaurant est également un incontournable Bref, nous recommandons à 100%
