Room very comfortable, large and all the amenities we needed. Had to cut trip short as I became ill.

We love the hotel as soon you walk in look beautiful smells nice receptions were very professional and answer all our questions the room was very constable breakfast awesome we will definitely stay here again highly recommend

My room was all renovated so was so nice and clean I loved it very pretty set up quit

The room was great! It was spacious with a couch and kitchenette that had plenty of supplies. The beds were comfortable and I slept well for the six nights I stayed here. The staff are friendly and the room cleaning every other day was nice. This hotel provided some of the lowest prices I could find and it's distanced enough from the major attractions in Orlando to be in a quiet area.

Used as a stop over after evening landing at Orlando rather than have night drive to Gulf Coast. Ideal, clean and convenient. Spacios well equipped room. Could have happily stayed couple of nights. Fresh, fed and ready to go the next day.

GM and staff were excellent and the property was amazing.

It’s a great hotel.

Arrived at 3, unpacked and decided to take a nap. Could not there was what seemed to be a child running a marathon above us for 2 hours non stop running back and forth. Left for dinner. Came back to a dog whining, barking, and howling above us for 2 hours. Front desk tried to help and said dog was left in bathroom and she tried to give it a treat to see if it would stop but the people had left the dog while they went out. Then the running started AGAIN at around midnight and went on for a while. This time it was like an adult was running back and forth. Called front desk twice but by the time this 3rd issue came up we just thought the front desk is not going to do anything with the problem. Love this hotel to stay at but this was the worst time we ever had.

Great and friendly staff

Our stay was nice. It's not next door to anything that would cause an audible annoyance while you are trying to rest. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk made sure we were taken care of. The only thing if I had to pinpoint something would be people allowing their doors to close by themselves creating a loud noise continuously. That's not the hotel's fault. More on the other guests with lack of common courtesy. I'd still stay here again if I needed a hotel in that area.

I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the area. The staff, room and property was excellent and the location was very convenient.

The front desk staff was very helpful with changing my room to a first floor for easier access.

The hotel was spotless and very nice. Room was huge and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice options, great venue

Great stay

We were so pleased with everything about the hotel! The room was fantastic. You could not hear any noise from the hallway or the other rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the breakfast food was not good.

No hot water in the morning and fire alarm went off at 2 am
