This was an amazing stay. Renee is a great host. She is clean, personable, and professional. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced, clean, and cozy, this is a great spot.

Booked “Bed and Breakfast” pictures on booking showed a beautiful pool as well as listed pool under amenities. Upon arrival “my face said it all”. I was less than impressed and the pictures and reality were very different. We were told no refund that the pictures seen on the site were not suppose to be there and were given excuses that it was not a bed and breakfast as advertised. It was for traveling nurses. If you are looking for a cheap bed to crash then I suppose you can stay, but if you are looking for anything as described in the description or expect anything from the pictures be aware it will not be the same as the pictures when you arrive. It’s a scam the agreement with Expedia is if you walk in the door which you will and be seen on the camera. That constitutes as checking in. Their policy states that if you “check in” for no reason at all will you ever get a refund. But the only way to see you have been scammed and the pictures are not what you booked is to enter the house and then the things you will see will Shock you. Rene will comment they are under renovations, she will cover the scam by saying this place is for traveling nurses. She will make every excuse in the book as to why the house is not as expected. She even blamed the IT department for uploading incorrect pictures. The house smells awful and is in unsafe conditions.

Miss.Rene is the sweetest women you will meet. I am so comfortable when I stay there . Does not matter which room I am at home. I’ll always give them #1 everyone else is second best . Diana cluche

Im so happy I found this place to stay. Meets all my needs and great service !!

This "stay" was an overbooking from the site. Therefore, I never set foot in the facility!! The manager, Rene, did contact another hotel to get me lodging for the night, at $50 more than I had paid!! I sincerely doubt that I would ever return to this facility. I am hoping that my refund is processed by Experia (I did purchase the trip insurance, thank God!!).

Arrived and wasn't let in. Was told it was "already" booked. Out $110 in need of a hotel late at night. Lovely!

Quiet and safe

The hostess Rene was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and linens. I was pleasantly surprised that I had my own toilet. It was nice to have access to the kitchen and living room.

Best stay ever !!! Felt like I was family , she cooked us breakfast in the morning and also offered lunch and dinner , and also addressed that every Wednesday was laundry day and it was included with our stay, and told us if we pay for two days that we have the option to stay the third day free of charge

Horrible horrible treatment. I asked to stay another night, they rejected my stay and threw my items out to the street. When I entered the lobby to get my things, they threatened me with aggressive behavior. Unsafe hotel that should not be on Expedia.

Rene is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The communication is great. The environment is quiet and clean. This was my second time staying there, and I will definitely be back!

Landlord and tenant were extremely loud in the morning (hours prior to 11AM check out time).

This Guest house was everything way better than a regular hotel...the host outstanding....A must use its design especially for traveling nurses and business class assoiates like myself and my free nights.... give them a call its worth it...every PENNY!!!!

Shower did not really have any pressure and fixtures were very dated There Do not signs everywhere It is a house that serves breakfast for an hour, not a bed and breakfast Cameras in the kitchen

I had to arrive late. Didn’t receive check in email as indicated on reservation instructions. The phone number doesn’t work and when I contacted Expedia Jays Ranch called me told me to call when I arrived. They didn’t answer my call. I sat outside on a dark street at 1030pm and waited for 15 mins. I finally left and had to find a place to sleep. They won’t give me a refund. Very bad. Don’t go there!

We really liked the house, the host and atmosphere. I would say would be nice to add some milk and coffee in the kitchen, so guests can use it.

Not what I was expecting. Inside seemed sort of nice but outside was unkempt. A room with private bath in someone's house, not what I would consider a ranch or bed and breakfast. I don't like last minute changes. Please post rules of house in the listing: Required photos of drivers licenses of all parties. Parking on the street. No shoes in the house. I guess for the price I should have known better. Didn't like the vibe. We decided to just leave immediately, find a better place, and lose our "non-refundable" payment.

Great place to stay, check-in and out were easy, it was clean and a great bargain.
