I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself is very basic but for the 3 days I was on the island it had everything I needed:hot water to shower, good wifi, filtered water to fill a bottle with and air conditioning. They also have a smart TV in the room which is a nice touch but I was too exhausted every day to ever use it. The other nice bonus was a small coffee/tea station and a microwave in the lobby common space. My tours all left early so it was nice to be able to grab some bread and fruit from the panaderia and have a little breakfast with the provided coffee even before I left. The people who run the hotel are all very nice and helpful. The only downside I could find is if you're a light sleeper and like to sleep in later this might not be the place for you. Around 6-7 am every day you could hear trucks buses outside that were quite loud. For me it wasnt a problem because I was up for my tours anyways. Overall a good stay for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Islas Galapagos. Our room was clean and quiet and the manager was extremely nice. The dining area had a refrigerator, toaster and microwave. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants and the harbor. Muchas Gracias, Hotel Islas Galapagos!

The hosts were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and patient when educating us on our options for entertainment and adventure on the island. The hotel facilities were basic but very comfortable, very clean and everything worked. Especially liked the reliable WIFI and the ability to fill our water bottles from a filtered water cooler in the lobby.

This is centrally located between the Malecón and the airport and was away from the noise of the strip at night. The main lady that runs it speaks limited English but is super friendly and very charming. The shower only had one temperature and the bed was a little hard to lay in for too long but if you’re looking for a stable place to stay while you focus on being out during the day then this is an excellent option to consider. I return to San Cristobal for my flight out and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice vintage hotel with high ceilings and sturdy old world construction. Very cordial staff. It was the perfect option for us just staying one night on our way home.

The people are super nice, the place is super clean but the place needs to be renovated.

Monica and her family go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in their quaint little hotel.

Monica was an amazing host and helped in every way to make our stay enjoyable. Aircon, free drinking water and T&C, fridge and facilities to prepare breakfasts and did our laundry. Comfortable bed. 10 mins walk from the airport, and close to the main shops and seal nursery. The service far outweighed the slightly dated decor. Good value, and would stay again.

The location was great. Quiet street but still walkable to the whole town. Also 10 minutes walk to airport, really easy. Hotel was very clean and quiet. No complaints. They also extended checkout time with no issue.

Staff was lovely, the room was clean, tv worked, and close to everything. Very good!

This property was great! It is small locally owned. The owner was super sweet and helpful. Short walk to piers (malecon) and to many places to eat. We found it super convenient. We even walked to the airport! Bed was comfortable, smart tv, and strong air conditioner! Nothing fancy but excellent!

The owners who run this hotel are fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean and well serviced. They have extras like tea and coffee and fridge available. They are open and friendly and willing to help in any way! I would highly recommend this place.

The place is fantastic because the people who run it are so kind and accommodating....the rooms are spotless clean and modern and comfortable the people who run the place take hospitality to heart....I spotted this exotic tree with exotic fruits in the lovely garden in front of the hotel....I asked the lady what was that fruit she said guanabana....the next day after I got back from the tour the lady's daughter had guanabana peeled and sliced ready to eat for me in a bowl....the family who runs this place is kind and sweet and staying with them was a pure joy.....

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had a super clean room, crisp white sheets, instant hot water shower, and an AC unit. It was one of the cheapest options, so it was a great value stay. It is located right next to the Katarma hotel and an easy walk to everything. The owner speaks little English but tries very hard and uses her translator on her phone. We used the savings on excursions and nice meals. I would call this place a steal for the price.

Very clean rooms. I had clean bed sheets and towels everyday. Super friendly staff who did their best to make you comfortable and happy. I would definately stay here again
