Excellent all around!

Property was super convenient to public transit and a number of food options and grocery stores. Bus stop being right outside the apartment was also really convenient.

A great location in Palermo, close to many restaurants and within walking distance of some iconic Buenos Aires attractions.

Great attention, the place was clean, and the breakfast was perfect. Micaela it’s a great host ;) The area around it’s good for dinner and very walkable.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Deluxe Apartments. It was very comfortable and roomy. There is a complete kitchen if you want to do your own cooking. I found it quite conveniently located. A short walk up and down the street takes you to small stores, currency exchange, and quite a few small restaurants. The apartment had a great AC system!

Micaela was fabulous as she was easily available to answer questions, provide suggestions and pleasant at all times. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This place is in a great location, well kept, and clean. Advertised as VIP, it is truly not, the services after check in could use improvement - This place works because of the valiant efforts of one employee at the front desk -Raf- if you are checking in make sure he's there :- ) ! The room was kept well, but random (and simple) things like missing coffee capsules, lights malfunctioning, and safe deposit box reset were met with repeated asks and long delays to answer. The operators of this property should look more closely into improving the guest experience after check-in.

This apartment was perfect for a week stay in Buenos Aires. It’s easy to walk everywhere and front desk staff are really nice and helpful. It’s not soundproofed as indicated but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great experience start to finish

Fantastic option in BA! It's in a very cool neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. Comfortable beds, and decent amount of space in the rooms. The complementary laundry machines is a huge advantage that you usually wouldn't expect in a place like this. The service here was outstanding! Very responsive and helpful staff. I highly recommend!

Great central location. Staff are very accessible and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

It was great! One area of improvement if they let us check in earlier than 1 pm if the property is ready. They do that at hotels. Also it would be nice to provide you with printed materials about major attractions in the city and how to get around. The best thing I found out by myself is the hop on hop double decker yellow bus that has a stop at Distrito Arcos, 5 minutes walk from the property. They also have a fabulous zoo 20 minutes walking distance.

Very clean place and helpful staff.

The property is nice and location is great close to many great restaurants. Property front desk has only one person that answer the door as well as help people move into the apartment. So, it is important to have the front door key pad code before arrival since there might be a long wait for the front desk to anwer due to his absent from the desk sometimes. The email sent to us prior to arrival was in Spanish so it was difficult for us to know what it was. Overall, the staff is nice and the property is clean and in good condition.

This Hotel is really Three Star but it was still very good and in an ideal location.The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed.The staff were wonderful .They were friendly ,helpful and always smiling.We would stay in this Hotel again because of the lovely staff.

Brand new w modern, clean, decoration. Very safe. Spacious. Great furniture.
