There was no wi fi

I had read previous reviews that said that the place was exceptional, and the reviews were right. There was an unexpected problem with their internet provider, preventing them and everyone to have service, they kept their calm and were very helpful. They also gave us an upgrade for a bigger room as it was available. I would go back if i am in the area.

Arrived no wifi and no air conditionner the room was in the sun, too hot to consider staying there, could not stay. Left, got reimbursed. All in all, our Expedia experience for our trip was a 2 on 10! All of our hotels booked did not seem ready to accommodate us!

Very friendly couple who go the extra mile to help you. Clean rooms. Ours was smaller than a bedroom, but we managed. Too small for hotel, ok for bnb (or cheaper rate)

Very quite and peaceful place.

With did not stay, few days prior to our trip with have family problems, we try to cancel but owner never wanted to report or stay or cancel. So pay for nothing. In my opinion is a bad way to serve a customer

This property was chosen for its location, and the positive ratings from other Expedia guests, and I was very pleased that we stayed there. It is a very small hotel, seven units by the looks of it, adjacent to a campground on the shores of Lac Malcom. Check in time is limited, and the owners contacted us just prior to our arrival to make sure that the check in would be smooth if we were arriving after hours - as it was we were well within the times, but it shows the level of care and concern the owners have for their guests. Check in was smooth, and our room was wonderful - with access to a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. We picked up dinner nearby and ate on the deck, enjoying watching people in canoes and paddleboards, and a diving loon. We had an absolutely stunning sunset and moon rise over the lake. The beds were comfortable, lots of space, and reasonably accessible for my 90 year old father to get into the shower. My brother likes to hike in the morning, and found an ATV trail nearby which he followed for a distance before returning to the inn. No breakfast available, but there are options nearby. Overall a very lovely place to stop while enroute from New Brunswick to Quebec City

Great view and nice to have our own little balcony. Nice little kitchen. Was hoping boat access would have been included and not an extra charge.

what a beautiful motel. The place was small with a campground attached. The rooms had a private deck overlooking the lake There was a pool and kayaks etc. etc. What a beautiful place
