Ants on the breakfast table in the sugar. There was ants in my coffee and all over the room.

There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We had cockroaches in our room

It was a nice spot near downtown. Everything was clean. It has a water fountain filter to refill water bottles.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the Charles Darwin research center security checkpoint and stores/dining options. The hotel appeared to be understaffed. No one at the lobby in the morning so we had to leave your room key with the kitchen lady at checkout. Open building concept with lots of natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was great with fresh cut fruit, bread, butter and jam, scrambled eggs and a cheese empanada.

The staff were very friendly. The pool and hammocks were an added bonus, it was so nice to spend an afternoon or evening relaxing by the pool.

Our stay in the Galápagos was excellent. We were not inside very long, and didn’t expect luxury. Accommodations were adequate and breakfast was very good.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a small pool and hammocks in the outdoors area. Partial ocean view from higher rooms. Good breakfast included and kind staff.

The bathroom sink did not operate properly

Louis was especially helpful. Location ideal for reaching downtown without the traffic and noise. Drinking water is provided and there is a kitchen available for use.

Great people Luis was nice in all kind of ways.. I will come back breakfast was delicious every day we eat there also the pool was awesome.

Recepcion amable yven un lugar tranquilo pero cerca de todo

Lugar interesante pero tiene fallas en el modelo de prestación de servicio de catering, adicional no ofrecía opciones de desayuno para vegetarianos y se repitió el menú toda la semana. Adicional no tenía jabón.

Kaum Englisch, Personal wenig motiviert, Frühstück gruselig und sehr reduziert, ungefragt mit Omlett serviert. Auf Nachfrage zu mehr Früchten Antwort: Extra! Für 110 $ einfach inakzeptabel@

No es como se ve en las fotos es más viejito , pequeño , no hay quien te reciba llamamos varias veces y alguien salió , nos dieron habitación 3 piso full gradas ,regular todo
