for the price it's good value, rooms aren't most plush and road can be a little noisy, but made up for by the restaurant and quality of the food and staff :) I'd stay again

Nice if not exceptional stay.

The property stated it was soundproofed however this is not the case. It is located on a fast road and the noise from speeding cars affects sleep.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Also gteat dining options at the Falcon. Definitely recommend

The room had a musty smell, it was in desperate need of work and cleaning. We did not stay.

Convenient location for access to M20. Some road noise to be expected from the local A road that passes outside. Dog friendly with local quiet countryside walk helpfully signposted by the pub. Delicious Indian dinner - really exceptional. Traditional pub favourites also available. Real Ale (Wainwright's and Banks) served. Great cooked "Full English" breakfast. Clean room with tea & coffee making facilities and clean modern bathroom. A larger double bed would have been nice but twins are also an option when booking. Parking right outside the rooms is very handy. We would be happy to stay again.

I loved it here. Everything, and everyone, was great.

Staff were exceptional, bar was very cosy. Stains on carpet in property Bed was a little to firm for our liking Tv was very small could do with be larger

Twin room available. Clean. Helpful staff. Provided a sandwich as had to leave before breakfast was available.

Lovely owner and very hospitable

Lovely location, friendly staff, rooms work well, you can park the car outside the door which is great if you have luggage and in my case equipment for work. Rooms could do with a freshen up, beds comfortable but tatty, carpets need a good clean or replacing. I stayed for 5 nts, did not eat in the restaurant and only had breakfast once i was put off by a box of blood outside the entrance. A shame really as the menu looked great, plenty of other people using the place.

Nice accommodation, Food in pub good but the only complaint was the road noise... Very loud with no windows open etc

In the room that we stayed in ….the head board had worn through the leatherette material… There were woman’s eyelashes remains in the bathroom . It was noisy from the main road traffic…

Very clean and comfortable. Food excellent.

Check in was ok, the room needed some TLC and the WiFi wasn’t good (not consistent or able to do much on it, data was better). The room was shabby, stains on chairs, headboard material missing (covered by pillows to hide on entry). Dinner was good but expensive for the meal. Breakfast was poor both in quality and options available (especially if having non-cooked), there were no menu, the waitress didn’t do much to explain options. Coffee was terrible, toast was pale and cold. Overall it seemed profit and not customer service driven. Surrounding location was pretty. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed with staff & the food. Location ideal for interime stop on long journeys going North from south .
