I had a fantastic stay at SO Uptown. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and professional. Every corner of the room and the common areas were immaculately maintained, which made the stay all the more comfortable and refreshing. I liked everything about the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything, The only negative is the way to enter the hotel by car, 6 floors up to the lobby...and also change the elevator to go up to the rooms.. by the way, it’s a new hotel and the food food amazing I like the breakfast .. I loved the way breakfast was served (food menu) ..

So Uptown Dubai was the final stop on our itinerary, and we were very lucky to have chosen this hotel, as the experience at So elevated our entire journey. First of all, the hotel design is very beautiful, the gym is well-equipped, and the food is very rich and delicious. The front desk staff, Danmoi, was very friendly to us and thoughtfully considered our needs, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come again next time.

Die über Expedia erfolgte Buchung wurde vom Rezeptionisten nicht im System gefunden. Erst nach Rücksprache mit Expedia konnte eingecheckt werden. Check-In trotz langer Anreise mit Kleinkind wurde erst nach Rückfrage und nicht proaktiv beschleunigt. Tür des Zimmers war defekt und musste im Laufe unseres Aufenthalt repariert werden. Babybett wurde erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung aufgestellt, obwohl bei der Buchung vermerkt. Zimmerservice wollte Getränke liefern, obwohl wir keine Bestellung aufgegeben hatten. Insgesamt aufgrund der geschilderten Umstände ein etwas ernüchternder Aufenthalt, obwohl die Einrichtung des Hotels sehr modern und geschmackvoll ist und das Frühstück sehr gut gewesen ist.

Struttura molto nuova in fase ancora di costruzione! Posizione non molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Dubai! Stanza meravigliosa con vista panoramica su Dubai Personale attento e molto disponibile in particolare Laila in accettazione, Emma alla concierge e la responsabile che ci ha lasciato disponibilità della camera oltre il check out .colazione molto buona anche se il servizio è un po’ lento.consigliato
