The air conditioning was broken so it kept pumping hot air into the room making it unbelievably hot and stuffy or if I pushed the button it would make it freezing cold. It was absolutely terrible. Do not rent from these people. It was a real hassle getting into the room as well.

Little hard to find as name was not listed out front but once we asked and got settled it was comfortable and easy

This property & the organisation of it was terrible. Sat nav takes you to focus apartments and we had a conversation with a lady that couldn’t understand us resulting in a 1.5hr check in process. This property isn’t called serain residences on view it’s called mantra hotel. Very dirty room. I pulled a huge clump of hair out of my daughter’s bed and there were cockroaches. AVOID

the sliding door was impossible to open some lights did not turn on, and there was no communication about what there was at the facility
