Great value for money. The location is great, very close to the liverpool 1 Hotel Chocolate. I was worried it would be noisy but it really wasn’t. The free coffee and pastries in the morning was a welcome treat. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was not bad, but the lobby and amenities very poor… the area felt a bit unsafe specially at night… though the girls in the lobby where nice

Quiet, clean, nice size room.

The staff went over and above when a member of our part my got sick and we had to stay another night. Night staff was truly compassionate. A hidden gem in the middle of all the Liverpool action!

Great value city centre hotel. Friendly and efficient check in, staff really helpful, good complimentary breakfast. The family room is fantastic for older children, being slightly seperate rather than all in one room. Spacious and very clean rooms, great showers.

This hotel is located in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

It’s an excellent option to visit Liverpool and enjoy the city center.

Good hotel, great location

The property is in a great location, right in the centre but off the noisy parts. The hotel is nearly two years in business but the room are so well kept as if the hotel only opened some weeks ago. Really recommend this place.

I get to go to all of the places I planned to be. bus stand to Liverpool anfield stadium is just around the corner.nicest experience of my entire trip by far.

Nice new hotel in great shopping area. Walkable and convenient. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Amazing shower. No complimentary water bottle in rooms. No mini fridge. Lobby is small with complimentary pastries and coffee. No amenities.

Great rooms that were clean, a perfect size for one or two people, and comfortable both physically and aesthetically. Access was easy, check in staff were prompt and friendly, and the location could not be better!

I feel incredibly misled by the description of this hotel. There is nothing remotely four stars about this property. Super basic room with a bathroom the size of a powder room. Very uncomfortable bed. Dirty linens and used glasses. No robes, no slippers, no wash cloths, not even a box of tissues. No restaurant, no security, no bellman and no amenities. Absolutely does not qualify for four stars. This was a bait and switch. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous and location is very central but I probably would have experienced more frills at a local youth hostel.
