Perfect stay - the space had everything we needed! Bed was super comfy and location was convenient.

Spotless clean room in a quiet area with many coffee shops around. Digital access and good internet speed. Some contradictions, though. The signs in the place say it is a place free of smoke (smoking prohibited). However, one of the staff members smokes at the place entrance a strong tobacco that permeates the lower floor. When requested for coffee pods, they said that it is complementary but not included in the room price. That was not clear to me. Despite that, a good place to stay.

No dresser for clothing. Huge closet with five coat hangers and no place for socks, underwear, T-shirts, etc. The walls are scuffed up and need to be painted. The walls are bear, so it feels a bit cold and uninviting. The property is OK for the price paid, but I will not recommend it to friends nor will I rent it again.

The location is superb, the facilities are IKEA efficiency, a Novotel type complex, set up as studios. The price value matrix warrants the 6 stars.

Room spotless, staff great, very kind and helpful. The only thing is that it would be better if you have en extra roll of toilet paper on the bathrooms, one of the bathrooms did not had a paper roll. I loved the place and location

The staff were very helpful and kind and gracious . The amenities were excellent. The location is perfect for us we plan to come back on our next trip to Mexico City

The stay was overall good. We were surprised by the small size of the apartment, from the pictures it appeared to be much bigger. Facilities need a little more attention to detail. There is a person at the front reception but they leave the front doors completely open all day, so anyone can enter the building which may not be as safe as expected.

Excellent front desk staff, rooms didn’t have a heater so it was cold at night also it needs an upgrade on the bathrooms.The iron didn’t work.

All of the above was great. Only negative point was that we did not find the mattress comfortable. It had some angles from use and was too hard for our taste.

The ULiV model is great, with nice modern suites at very reasonable prices in great neighborhoods. This one is located very near Parque Lincoln, and there are SO many food options it is amazing. The room was very well equipped and the staff friendly. Having a laundry room was also great. Nice terrace.
