Pretty and clean. Lovely kind staff and nice owner. During the cold season they should allow guests to use the whirlpool jacuzzi but you can’t unless you book a massage. I did book a massage which was of medium quality and the whirlpool was like warm and not hot at all so not a pleasure. At night the riad is dark they should have more lights and lanterns and make the living room area bright and inviting. Ultimately the riad was only pretty on the surface , the details were not warm and inviting and cozy in experience. I would not stay here again.

Staff Very sweet and accommodating

Beatiful property beautiful staff. we enjoyed our stay immensely on the top floor's only room. it was beatifully decorated with all the amenities one needs for enjoyable stay. It was like reaching to an oasis after going around the city all day long. The people were always welcoming with a smile, ready to serve you with Moroccan tea or anything you desire to drink after a long day. you can have a delicious diner there or go out to eat at the close by restaurants. The owners Jean-Francois and Alex are the wonderful hosts. The staff are absolutely incredible as well – Saad, and the rest, and their chef whose cooking is sublime. And the service is impeccable, akin to that of a 5-star hotel. Crisp white bed linen that is ironed every day and soft fluffy beautifully-edged towels. Fresh roses in each room. Having delicious breakfast on the terrace, while the birds are singing early morning was a plus. liked the peace and quiet while we visited, and will never forget the sunset and sunrise I watched from the top terrace. We left as friends and we miss them all. They contributed in an important way to our Marrakesh experience. I cannot recommend this riad enough and I wish to go back one day.

Really enjoyed staying here, their hospitality, service and friendlyness are unique. Nice accommodation, very clean and ahh… the smell….fleur d’orange…so nice. Like to return and looking forward to the rooftop swimming pool and hamman!
