Room cleaned every day, small but well appointed.

This is a small property but very well-kept and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and accommodating, front desk allowed us an early check in since our flight arrived early in the morning, and although the front office staff was friendly, the star for me is the housekeeper! Always with a smile, super joyful and caring; Not only she kept our room tidy, we also had a patio that she saw us using and she offered to sweep it since it was a little dirty from the rain and the winds. We originally declined because we were playing cards on the patio, but then the following day that we came from our tour she had left it spotless clean for us. Let's talk about going above and beyond! The rooms are small, but they have everything you need (full bathroom, mini fridge, desk with its chair, TV, and we had the patio with a table and 2 chairs). The property is located at the corner of one of the main roads (Santa Fe) where you can find all kinds of restaurants, shops and public transportation (bus and metro), plus it is right next to a little convenience story so it was easy to for us to grab waters and snacks if needed. The only thing I may have to say something about is the pillows... they were so flat it almost felt like not having any; But once again, Front Desk provides us with 2 more pillows upon request. Overall we felt comfortable and safe!

El personal es amable y servicial, las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias. Hay una tienda de conveniencia justo al lado, y está a la vuelta de la esquina del famoso El Ateneo Gran Splendid. El único inconveniente es que, en lugar de tener cafetera/tetera en la habitación, hay que bajar a recepción para conseguirla. Pero por lo demás, ¡un hotel excelente!

Spent seven nights at this hotel. Given the excellent price point, I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall the place was really good! The rooms are fairly basic but all you need for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. If you want a budget-friendly hotel in Recoleta - this is a good choice.

It was a hotel with a good location. Everything is near and the people is very friendly. The only thing that was a little a problem is that the rooms where super small.

Cómodo para 1 noche

Please allow people to see the sun rise from the top floor. Both days I went to the top & the staff said it does not open until 9am. This is bad business as I saw over 30 + people wake-up between 6-6:30am but were denied access. I promise you this will help your business as many will post & tell their family & friends!
