Very peaceful good for rest. Not close to city. Own transportation is a must. One problem. I was asked to pay for roomcleaning while the payment for my stay includes the cleaning service

We needed a romantic getaway to spice things up and get out of our weekly routine and that's exactly what we got. After searching for a weekend away from home and not really wanting to be in allot of people in a big hotel we found this GEM in bonaire. Really everything was perfect. The communication with the staff, the location in the woods, the privacy, the hot water. It was just a different vibe and felt really homey and save. It's not a luxury hotel but we had everything we needed. We will sure be going soon back. The price is a reasonable price and we appreciated that also. To conlude our review: "Our romantic getaway was a success! "

It was a good stay, love that it’s out In the middle of nowhere you don’t have high-rises around you. When the Cook is there the food is amazing. Beware on Mondays they have a movie and a food truck and don’t really care about the guest. But over all it was good

I did like the glamping style and I didn't like the noise from the planes taking off.

A cross between a glamping and bungalow experience-- overall great experience! The accommodations were clean, great outdoor kitchen for cooking meals, comfy bed, and great air conditioning. Only downside was wifi was only accessible at the common area by the pool, so definitely not conducive for a business trip but a great excuse to disconnect.

The welcome was great; I felt like I was visiting friends. The area is semi-wild, which was nice, and there is a lovely pool. The cooking is fantastic. The Dutch owners give great advice on how to spend your time and get around. There is free gated parking on the premises. On the downside, there are no glass windows or screens, only shutters. One of the nights I was there the rain was pouring, and no matter how I set the shutters the rain came in. Also, with no windows or screens to deter them, during the day the room has small nonbiting insects that get in your eyes and nose, and at night when the wind dies down, the occasional mosquito turns up.

Really cool boutique hotel. If you're okay with not a lot of privacy this is a beautiful spot with an outrageously friendly staff.

awesome staff, chef and facilities in the 'outback' of sorts of Bonaire. not on the beach, but not far. staff is friendly and once you're used to the coziness of the experience, you'll blend in. Bonaire is somewhat arid. Desert like. Ergo the cactus fencing used to keep animals at bay (very effective). However window shutters are used instead of screen mesh and windows. They do enhance room aesthetics and play up windows and establish a certain feel or atmosphere in a room or space. The downside is there is no seal on the windows and therefore insects can fly in or crawl in.

The resort has about 25-30 cabins, it is newly opened, well maintained and comfortable. Each room has also its own kitchenette with everything you will need. Located in the middle of the road from Kralendijk to Sorobon/Lac Bay, a very nice and convenient off-grid living. The resort is managed by a retired couple who are super nice and will try to help you with anything you need. We stayed there for 8 days, we loved it. Recommended!

From the time I walked in I felt welcomed. The owners handed me a beer before the dirt on my shoes settled. This was by far one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. I will be back.

Lovely concept and nice little camper village feel. The pool is lovely as is the look of the hotel / accommodation - the room is pretty small so may be difficult for elder guests to get in and out of the bed with narrow access either side, and we had a bit of a problem with mosquitos and the bed has no netting or blinds of the wooden shutters. Outside kitchen and dining area on each patio is nice, except when the rain comes and you are then left with little inside space unless you are in the larger 2 bedroom units. Easy access from town in a car, and nice idea having different cooks in during the week - should perhaps advertise more exactly what is available each night. WIFI ok, but some problems accessing a few sites. Overall a nice stay, just need to make a few adjustments and I think it could be really great
