The receptionist was exceptionally rude and said cruel things to my guests that were traveling with me. She treated us as if we were not worthy of her hotel. I had paid 5 months in advance and she acted as if they didn’t have a room for us but a later receptionist showed us 4 rooms to choose from. I wrote to management and the failed to respond. The first room That the rude woman gave us smelled strongly of mold. It was u bearable but we thought we had no choice. Then the helpful man gave us real options. Never again.

A plus for this hotel is the Chinese restaurant in the building. Excellent food.

Clean, quiet, 2 restaurants onsite

Overall the hotel was good value for money. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate with s reasonable choice of foods. The one thing that lets it down is the noise from the nightclub which goes on until the early hours. Definitely bring ear plugs

I have seen high-end cars parked outside with plate numbers such as 111 MYR 11 or 110 BOS 01, which indicates that the affluent visit this property.
