The bathroom has a lot of bugs, I think they're worms but black and so tiny. The heater in the bathroom is not working, also the floor is so dirty.

Parking is difficult, the gate is not open 24 hours, toothpaste is no longer suitable for use.

Check in at 14.00, arrive at the accommodation at 10.33 to leave your belongings, there are still people in the room you will be occupying. Pluses and minuses: (+) Close to the station, places to eat and around Malioboro. (+) comfortable, no noise from entering the alley. (+) got 2 medium towels, wifi is smooth, warm water is okay, AC is also okay. (-) bed sheets and pillowcases look like they haven't been replaced by previous guests, because they smell of sweat so I spray perfume and put a headscarf on them so they don't stick to hair, linen It's no longer suitable for use, there are lots of spots & it's dull. (-) The bathroom I'm most uncomfortable with, because the walls, floor and toilet are really dirty. Without an exhaust fan it got a bit smelly and there wasn't any fragrance in the bathroom, luckily I brought carbolic acid so I just splashed it on. (-) no toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo or soap available. So bring some of your own, guys. (-) damp room walls, paint peeling. (-) There are few clothes hangers in the room, there are none in the toilet. (-) there is no water heater or water refill, only 2 bottles of water from the start of check-in. (-) There was no tissue at all.

Facilities need to be improved, amenities, bed linen, bathroom cleanliness. Including room interiors.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we were busy, we always asked for hot water to make milk for our children.

Nyaman banget. Rekomen banget deh. Air panas dan AC oke banget kok.
