The location is right in the city center, and the staff is quite responsive. The water heater is running smoothly. The Wi-Fi is good, the AC works, and there's a refrigerator. The only downside is the mattresses smell, and the rooms are in need of major renovations.

Good vibes are definitely good.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good and everything smells good.

There is no water, if possible in the future, don't give units that don't have water, because it will be a hassle because you have to buy mineral water for everything.

There is no place to dry towels and worse, only one towel was provided, even though there were two guests. The amenities were also disappointing, the bar soap was expired. The apartment broker extorted guests. The clock was broken, the curtains were dusty and smelly, the cables were not safe, there was no rice cooker, no sunlight was provided, no trash bags were provided, the frost was melting, the sink was clogged. I hope the owner hears my voice of love and he is given a lot of money to renovate the apartment unit I reviewed.

Book this apartment because of its strategic location & swimming pool. Exiting the apartment is the Lengkong Night Culinary area. After arriving, I made an appointment with the staff. I had to go to the office to get the key (even though I usually bring the key and just hand over the key). So I had to go back and forth carrying my things. Just entering the room felt stuffy and damp. The bathroom lacked maintenance. The mattress was very unsuitable and very flat. The sofa was torn, the curtains had lots of red lipstick stains and were not well maintained. What's more, there were LOTS of small cockroaches. It was really scary if I had to climb onto the bed. There were no towels, I asked for them and they said they would be delivered, but I waited until check out time and they didn't deliver them & there was no news. If there really aren't any, just say it straight so people don't wait. There are adult & children's swimming pools. But when I went there, the children's pool was being maintained, the wind was strong so it was very cold to swim. I will not book here again because it was very disappointing from the room to the staff service.

The hotel staff responded well, but if possible, please improve the sheets, blankets, etc. Please maintain the cleanliness. Honestly, yesterday I was really disappointed because it was so itchy I couldn't sleep. My annoyance subsided a bit because the staff was polite... but the cleanliness was really lacking. Sorry, this is my personal opinion, because my wife and child stayed there yesterday.
