The staff is very friendly. I was asked several times, "Are you really alone, sis?" because it turned out I ordered a family room 😂 because I booked it last minute.

Spacious room, quite satisfactory service, under the building there is Indomaret. So, it is very easy to buy snacks, the only minus is the shower in the bathroom is very bad, the water is very small. Please the management to fix this. Thank you.

One of the things that helped when staying at Batik Oma House on May 3, 2025 was the hotel's location in the same area as Indomaret which is open until 22.00WIB, so that the necessities needed can be easily obtained. The distance of the hotel from Tugu Yogyakarta Station is about 8-10 minutes by 4-wheeled or 2-wheeled vehicles. The reception is located on the 2nd floor. The security guard on the 1st floor is quite friendly, and the receptionist on the 2nd floor could be friendlier and smile when receiving guests. Because the name is Batik Oma House, this inn sells several children's and adult batik clothes with a price range of IDR 75,000 and above. For the room, the standard size and cleanliness of one Queen Bed. The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor, maybe because there were no more rooms available on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, so it must be considered if bringing the elderly. On the 3rd floor there is a smoking room (which in our opinion), is quite disturbing to hotel guests if someone smokes in the area. The water from the tap and shower is a bit smelly, but still tolerable. Although the price per night is quite affordable at Rp268,000, hopefully the service can be improved.
