The price of 200k only provides a toothbrush and mattress. There are no towels, drinking water and soap. In the photo is my own drinking water. The room is also dusty. They said the towels were finished and they would be brought later but when I checked out there were none. Maybe because I was given the 3rd floor (the top) and climbing the stairs was very tiring. Please improve the service to be humane. Do business properly. Even though the price is relatively affordable, it is your staff's obligation to fulfill their obligations and not be lazy. The elevator at the inn is broken. The AC in the room was broken, I reported it after 1 hour before there was a response. Got to the 3rd floor where the lift was broken so I took the stairs. Intending to take a break, the AC was broken, I can't imagine how hot it was, how hot it was going up the stairs to the 3rd floor carrying things, went into the room the AC was broken, after 1 hour I changed rooms on the 1st floor and then I checked but the flash in the toilet broke. If I wanted to flush the toilet, water came out. It's down, it doesn't work, I take it, then I go back to the 3rd floor, after that the AC finally turns on, but every 2 hours I have to turn it on manually because it uses a timer until morning. Turning it on manually isn't really comfortable, where the remote can't be used, ., well 1 more water from 6 o'clock until. At 7 am the water went out. It actually makes me really uncomfortable. It's true that we get cheap prices, but don't go around providing facilities that are uncomfortable for visitors, please fix them.
