It's terrible in every way. Someone's knocking on the door in the middle of the night, scary.

Not as described. It said there was AC and shower but it turned out to be just a fan (if you want to use AC you have to pay extra), no shower, and the sink was broken. If there were ZERO stars, I would give it ZERO stars

The staff is not friendly in serving customers, the room is flooded, the AC is not cold, the room TV is not working. Highly not recommended 👎👎👎

The hotel is clean. It looks like the hotel is new, the air conditioning is cold, the water is running smoothly. At that price, it's really comfortable to sleep in. Next time I go to Siantar I will go there again 😊.
