Very strategic location. Spacious room. Standard cleanliness because under the bed is very dirty so the air feels dusty, the toilet has a lot of crust. Parking is quite difficult because of limited land, every time someone gets out of the parking lot in front of us has to take out the car parked behind, and the space is quite tight.
