Clean room, fully equipped, with kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. Great🤫👌

The room is amazing! It is really spacious and we also have a washer for this room and we can hang dry our clothes! There is also a small kitchen and utensils were provided too. Really recommended for families with kids.

Room is a bit cramped, but that's okay. The hotel has an elevator, and the location is good. It is near the Old Quarter and Hanoi Train Station.

Very satisfied staying here, from the owner, the cleaning ladies to the receptionist are very friendly. My family was enthusiastically supported when checking in late. Will come back here.

I booked the room a few days in advance, but when I arrived at 8 AM, the hotel informed me that the room was under renovation and they had to upgrade me to a higher category room with an additional charge of 200k. When I entered the room, the hairdryer was broken, and the bedding had a bad smell.
