I booked the room quite urgently, 2 days before the check-in date, but the amenities and services in the home are quite complete and clean, from the bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe, refrigerator and TV, there is nothing to complain about. The staff enthusiastically supported me to check in 2 hours in advance without any extra charge. The road is very open and easy to travel, the home is located between the front and back beaches, so it takes about 3km to reach both beaches. In general, it is very okay, worth everyone to try and experience.

I booked it close to September 1-2 and found it very ok, the homestay self-check in was very thoughtful, there was a reminder before checking in and out, it was clean and had air conditioning and a dryer, only limited parking space, the rest was very ok, next time I have the chance I will book the homestay again 🥳

The room is clean and fragrant, although quite small but the need to sleep is okay, the ground floor has a kitchen where you can cook for yourself, it's like your own house. The only thing is that you have to lock/unlock the door yourself when going in and out. You can check in by yourself, there is no receptionist. The room's soundproofing is not good kkk. Overall, it's very okay, very suitable for going in groups

I went on the 3rd day of Tet - there is no receptionist here, self-service style is very inconvenient, especially for families with babies - when arriving at the gate, the gate is locked, have to call for directions, why text to call for directions - there is no parking space, have to park on the street - the room has 2 beds on the 4th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, the elevator can only accommodate 3 people at most - the room is old, the wallpaper is torn, the hand washing faucet automatically turns off the water flow for 10 seconds, you have to press it 5 or 6 times to wash your hands, the shower faucet is weak - the refrigerator has no electric wire, the room does not have a cabinet to store things in, only an iron shelf to hang it up The garden is empty, the house is empty, the homestay is like a hermitage, the lights are off, it is pitch black, never come back

Guests check in and go to their rooms themselves. All day long, the only time the room is cleaned is at 12 noon. The rest of the day, guests can do whatever they want. The room is very spacious for the price. Hot water and air conditioning are fully equipped, all working well.

The staff is very friendly, supports changing the date and checking in early and checking out late, it's great.

The room is clean and fully equipped, with a hairdryer, a kettle, a view looking up at the statue of God or something, but it's located in an alley, so you can only see a little bit, other homestays are the main ones, the room is clean beautiful and poetic. The day I went, the staff member said my room was upgraded for free, the original price I booked was 200k, overall it's quite ok.

Highly private hotel. All services are very good. The beds and mattresses are very new and the experience is very good. Almost 24/7, I texted and they supported me. I got a very cheap sale price. And I was really satisfied. Because it took about 3 minutes to get to the beach. Traveling without worrying about anything because the gate and car lock were password-protected. Not dependent on the hotel, so I was free and felt very comfortable. Will come back next time.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, an ninh, lễ tân ít trực nhưng có khoá xe với cổng vẫn khá ok, decor basic, ổn. Về phòng thì mọi thứ rất ổn áp, nhưng chìa khoá cửa phòng 102 bị vặn rất khó, mỗi lần đi đâu về loay hoay vặn chìa nhưng không vào đúng khớp để xoay, tận hơn 5 phút mới mở được phòng.

Phòng giá rẻ, chỗ ở thoải mái, hình như đa số các phòng sẽ có cửa sổ/bancol, sáng sủa, tường dán lại đẹp nhìn phòng rất mới ( giống ảnh ), có thang máy, máy sấy tóc, ấm đun, TV gần 80 đài Truyền hình. Chỗ này là nguyên khu khách sạn, homestay,.. nhìn khá văn minh, không phức tạp, ồn ào mấy. Ngoại trừ việc phòng cách âm kém thì mọi thứ còn lại oke.
