Very close to Adventist Hospital, the room is clean, the shared bathrooms are more than okay. They provide a washing machine, kitchen, and utensils. There's a lot of shops and food stalls nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay when I need to do a medical check-up in Penang.

A comfortable homestay with an affordable price. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's close to hospitals, especially Adventist hospitals.
What I really liked was the fully equipped kitchen and some cooking ingredients provided for guests, so even those with limited appetites could cook. There are also plenty of bathrooms. The rooms are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast.

It's a cheap and clean hotel. The only downside is that the front door doesn't work. If it's repaired, it will be better for safety. The location is easy to travel. On the ground floor, there is a crispy pork rice shop called Sin Nam Huat. It's very delicious.

We were shocked. Our door suddenly opened by polices, while it was locked. Scary. When I opened, they asked me whether we're Wayton staff. I said no. The police said that the owner doesn't register the business, and the staff are illegal Migrant workers from Myanmar, etc. It's so uncomfortable.

The closest hotel to Adventist Hospital Penang. The service provided is the best, I booked a room for my father, and when I asked via Whatsapp the response was very fast and friendly. I really like it, if you want to go to Penang this hotel is highly recommended. Thank you Kasib Wayton.

The place is old but the service is good & the facilities are complete. The elevator is for public so it's dirty in my opinion. The drying area is narrow. In front of the apartment is the rapid penang bus stop. There are no mosquitoes, flies even though the space is open 👍 You can leave your suitcase before checking in. There is drinking water, you can cook, there is rice, you can wash clothes, iron, hair dryer, wifi, and others.

A clean place to stay, especially the bathroom and toilet are very clean even though they are shared, there is an auntie who always cleans, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's just that when it arrived the elevator was broken & had to wait for a few days so going up and down the stairs was quite tiring. Next time I go to Penang I will come again.

Hi, it is an unfortunate situation where you were not able to find any food. Please approach our friendly staff to share the many places to savour food delights of Penang when you are here next time. We have the ever popular Sin Nam Huat chicken rice shop just situated right below us. There is also the famous laksa and Goodall food centre within walking distance from our property. Not to mention Pulau Tikus food centre which is also nearby our place. In addition, Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon shopping malls are within 5 minutes drive from our place as well. Hope this helps.
